In repair Bib taps, brass, chromium plated, fancy type, long nose, with capstan head handle screwed down high pressure, including CP brass wall flanges; screwed for 15mm bore pipe connection fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

In repair 15 mm bore Stop valves, brass, fancy type, chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type), screwed down high pressure, with capstan head handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Angle valve, brass, chromium plated, fancy type, with capstan head handle screwed down high pressure, including CP brass wall flanges; screwed for 15mm bore pipe connection fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass any thickness size quality from wooden frame or steel glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

4 mm thick Figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares in not exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified.

All as per item above but exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any dscription exc 1 sqm and n. exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pressed steel frames, conforming to IS, having profile 125 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates made out of 1.25 mm thick mild steel sheet, including necessary fixing lugs, butt hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete, as specified, supplied and fixed with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pressed steel frames, conforming to IS, having profile 105 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates made out of 1.25 mm thick mild steel sheet, including necessary fixing lugs, butt hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete, as specified, supplied and fixed with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Factory made, 2nd class hard wood rail and style 35 mm thick, plain framed, panelled shutters with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered partical board with commercial veneering on both sides. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item above but glazed and skeleton shutter with sash bar for glass / wire gauge. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 30mm thick factory made PVC flush door shutter consisting of panel of Hollow PVC Profile of 24mm thickness, consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mmx19mm inserted inside the hollow section of stiles, top and bottom rails and two 19mmx19mm MS tubes inserted horizontally inside the hollow profile section at an equal distance from top and bottom of door and fixed with hollow profile section using 3mm thick Prelam PVC sheet using screws. Hollow PVC profile shall be lipped with 10mm (5mmx2) thick x 24mm width on stiles and rails using solvent cement. The inner panel shall be laminated with 5mm thick termite proof, water proof and fire retardant Prelam PVC sheet using solvent cement on both the sides of the panel etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, manufacturer's specification and drawing.

Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, in opening as per specifiecation and drawings.

Butt hinges, medium weight, stainless steel and fixed with screws, 100 mm size, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

150mm Aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Vitrified ceramic tiles (Double charge) any colour 10mm thick(Square or rectangular) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.64 sqm but not exc 1.00 sqm in floor etc,Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including bedding layaers of CM 1:4 (10mm thick) all as per specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles as per IS-13753, 300mm x 450 mm x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting /dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Udaipur green marble slab as in shelves etc, bedded jointed and pointed with white cement slurry including cutting & polishing, 15 mm to 18 mm thickness.

In repairs Vitreous china squatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests including replacement of 'P' or 'S' CI trap, lime concrete bedding and making good existing floor fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

In repairs Vitreous china wash down water closet pedestal pattern white, (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) with 100mm CI ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap including seat cover close pattern with flat bottom, CP jet and connection to trap and to flushing pipe etc fixed in repair , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

In repair 10 ltrs PVC flushing cistern low level (white) with inlet, ball valve float and handle including PVC Connection and 32mm dia PVC long bend for squar pattern etc. set with concrete and making good to floor including taking down, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

In repair Rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks 3 layer any colour (cylindered vertical closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position including necessary connection nipple suitable for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes, all as specified in SSR Part –I of capacity of tanks 500 ltrs and including dismantling of existing unserviceable water tanks and remove from site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

In repair Rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks 3 layer any colour (cylindered vertical closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position including necessary connection nipple suitable for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes, all as specified in SSR Part –I of capacity of tanks 1000 ltrs and including dismantling of existing unserviceable water tanks and remove from site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

In repair 15mm bore ball brass valve high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces exceeding 10 cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete spray painting all as specified.
