Demolition of mud phuska as in roof of any thickness incl plastering and leeping etc (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of existing brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof grouted in cement mortar, demolition of mud phuska of any thickness including removal of rubbish from site complete all as specified & directed.

40mm thick brick tiles with including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 jointed grouted and pointed complete mixed with crude oil 5% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

40mm thick (averaging) Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in levelling course on roofs, complete all as specified & directed.

Rendering 15mm thick (average thickness) plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC on concrete roof surfaces including flashings and junction of parapets etc , finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- WPC will be measured & paid separately as supply only).

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound, all as specified.

3mm thick Atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6kg/sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm) laid over a coat of bitumen primer @0.40L/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/L at 25° C temperature and viscosity 70 to 160 CPS, over primer coat bonding material of blown bitumen 85/25 grade heated to working temperature of 180° C applied @1.2Kg/Sqm. The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface as per standard practice and as per manufacturer instructions and finished with applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint @100gm/sqm on top of membrane, including dismantling of existing felt /treatment, complete all as specified & directed.complete all as specified & directed.
