REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL UNSERVICEABLE POINT WIRING FITTING FIXTURE AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES WORK IN SECTOR IV UNDER AGE EM IV OF GE (SOUTH) BATHINDA AT BATHINDA MIL STN

Taking down carefully existing copper/Aluminum point wiring (light,fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, bell pushes, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fitting, call bells etc removiing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit(credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. to match existing color complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for surface type Flame proof Point wiring (using red, black and green colour wires as colour coding for single phase circuits) complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) FR-LSH PVC insulated unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 volt (ISI marked) for Phase, neutral and for continues as earth wire size of 1.5 Sqmm connected to earth dolly etc. drawn through and including flame proof rigid stove enameled black ERW conduit minimum 20mm dia with all flame proof fittings and accessories i.e. flame proof joint, pipe bend, union, reducer, nipple, pipe hook, Screws, GI saddles, clamps, connectors etc, for light/fan points including making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling/floors etc. by using CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed Note :- (i) One light point circuit of 03 lights controlled by one MCB (ii) FLP junction box, Flexible conduit, inspection elbow and MCB/DB shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ).

All as per srl item No. 2.00 (here-in-before) but for One light point circuit of 04 lights controlled by one MCB complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concealed one light / fan point controlled by one, one way modular switch 06 Amp wiring with 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volt grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 20 mm dia in medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories concealed into wall by cutting of chases in wall complete and including modular metal flush boxes not less than 1.6mm thick alongwith modular cover plate with frame of any size for mounting of any type modular switches/sockets/bell switch /fan regulator and brass screws, cup washers etc complete, making good the distributed surfaces completely matched and finished with existing surfaces including painting of walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No. 3.00 (here-in-before) but for 15/16 power point (AC & Geysers) by using 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable FR-LSH multi strand on independent board including provn of 4.0 Sqmm unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable FR-LSH continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc complete all as specified and directed
