Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick to rceive floor tiles in cement plaster 1:4

S & F glazed ceramic tiles, coloured of size 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick with on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match all as specified.

S & F glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 400 x 400 x 7 mm thick in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in/hite/coloured cement to match all as specified.

M & L Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/block masonry wall surfaces, finished even and fair to receive glazed tiles all as specified.

Taking down GI/PVC tubing & connections (internal water supply pipes) 15 mm bore and removing from the site.

(Including of fixing supply pipe to flushing cistern, trap and waste pipe)

Taking down CI drain pipes 75/110 mm bore from walls / trenches if required.

Cleaning of storage water tank of PVC/HDPE exc. 250 ltrs but n. exc 500 ltr capacity staged over RCC roof / floor slab or similar place inside /outside bldgs by removing float valves carefully, thoroughly cleaning the wall, floor and ceiling of the tanks, mouth of pipe etc, removing the dirty water, sludge and other depositions to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr to make the tank totally dirtfree and finally cleaning the water tank with fresh water till water becomes clear to entire satisfaction of Eng-in-Charge and as specified in particular specification and refixing of float valves all as specified and directed

All as per item no 39.00 above but n exc 250 Ltr (Loft tank).

S &F in repair 200 Ltr capacity PVC loft tank of rectangular type suitable to fix in kitchen.

S& F PVC water tank covers circular type with suitable nut and bolts complete for water tanks of 500 to 2000 ltr capacity all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC waste pipe 32mm/40mm dia for wash basin and kitchen sink fixed in repairs.

Treating and finishing the sunken portion of WC area not exceeding 1.2 Sqm each by providing 10mm thick rendering in cm 1:3 with and including water proofing compound and applying two coats of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.25 kg/sqm, providing necessary connection items suitable for WC, providing lime concrete and 1mm thick multiplus plastifelt over 20mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate complete all as directed.

All as per item No 45.00 above but for bath/lobby with out any PVC connections/fitting, area exc 1.2 Sqm and n. exc 2 Sqm each.

M&L in repairs stainless steel sink with draining board, made out of 1.00 mm thick sheet for kitchen or laboratory with plug, washers waste pipe, cast iron cantilever brackets, connecting union overall size 915mm x 460mm with bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs stainless steel 1mm thick plate rack of size 600mm x 750mm including fixing in walls with suitable screws wooden plugs including all necessary arrangement etc all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm, 600mm long brass chromium plated towel rail all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china coloured EWC (Cascade Combination with water closet) including seat cover and necessary fitting complete all as specified and directed.
