Taking down existing cement plaster of any description (sunken floor) apply a coat of cement slurry with 3.00 kg of cement per sqm and rendering 15 mm thick I CM 1:3 using WPC finished even and smooth including filling with brick bats to (sunken floor/wall) Note:WPC to be measured and paid spearately.

M&L 18-20 mm thick machine cut kota stone flooring (Each stone not less than 55 cm x 55 cm) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone including grinding & polishing (mirror finish) over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as in floor/tread of staircase finished rough including dismantling of existing surfaces and applying a coat of cement slurry @ 03 kg/Sqm of surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L 18-20mm thick machine cut kota stone slab in riser of skirting, dado and pillar set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone including grinding and polishing (mirror finish) over 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3 kg/Sqm of surface including taking out existing dado all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall & ceiling boards including cover fillets if any, complete all as specified and directed.

GI T Grid system in 600 x 600 mm module which includes providing and fixing wall angle along the perimeter of the room with nylon sleeves and wooden screws at 300 mm centre to center. Taking down ceiling fan any sweep, removing blades, cleaning the fan completly for dust and dirt and hanging the same back to its original position including connecting the 3 core flexible copper wire to ceiing rose etc after the completion the point wiring including replacement old unservicable fan hook, rubber pad, nut bolts and washers etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down carefully esixting electric meter (KWH) and fixing only and connecting electric meters upto 25 amps by means of disconnecting all electrical connection complete all as specified and directed

Taking down and refixing only exhaust fan and connecting up and including provision of cable from ceiling rose/connector to fan complete all as specified and directed

Deduction to be made from BOQ for schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part - II) Amount of Rs. 86,742.50 during AOC Note:- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule
