PROVISION OF DEER FENCING IN CERTAIN AREAS OF AIRFIELD AT AIRFORCE STATION TAMBARAM

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each size not exceeding 0.50 cum, getting out in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 250mm, watering and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel for Joist, channel, angle,MS flat or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. cut to ordinary lengths as in fencing posts complete etc as in chain link fencing posts and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc for securing wire mesh etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link fencing with galvanised 3mm to 4 mm dia wire, size of mesh 50mm x 50 mm, made up to mattress or cages, all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts,RCC fencing post with bolts etc, including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Chain link fencing,MS round bars,MS flat,nut,bolt,washers shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

S&F mild steel round bars 10 mm dia as in stiffner to chain link fencing including necessary cutting,bending etc conforming to Grade I ,IS 432 (Part I) complete all as specified

S&F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings andstraining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, as directed NOTE: Each line wire to be measured separately.

S&F punched tape concertina coil of 450mm dia ,stretchabale to 6 metre length fixed to angle iron bracket with necessories like straining wire,fixing clips complete all as specified

S&F mild steel work such as band,clamps,flat iron fillet for securing wire mesh,straps,ties etc and similar works,fabrication for steel section in any shape or size conforming to Fe 290 (Grade E-165) including necessary welding,bending cold or hot ,drilling hole for bolts etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made), diameter of shank 11mm to 15 mm, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10 cm and n exc 15 cm long

M&L for form work to sides of concrete foundations,plinth beam ,column upto GL,raft etc and similar works,vertical,flat,rough finished surface of concrete

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc, and getting out in hard /dense soil.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast solid block masonry using cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate ,set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortor 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs ,water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

M&L for hardcore with broken granite stone of gauge not exceeding 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick as in floor, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement

Returning filling in soil including spreading, leveling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.
