Disconnection of power cable, decoupling, releasing the motor from its bed, shifting to repair bay.

Dismantling of the motor pulley, fan hub, end covers, cleaning and threading out the rotor.

Overhauling of coolers : Dismantling of the motor air cooler and checking & cleaning (applicable for 230 KW motor)

Overhaul of Stator : Cleaning the stator windings, checking and tightening of loose wedges in the stator by inserting additional glass textolite liners and replacing all damaged wedges by new one and spraying one coat of Dr.Beck insulation varnish, drying out, & stator pre heating.

Overhaul of Rotor : Cleaning & inspection of the rotor, checking the position of stampings, inspection of winding bars, soldered end winding and spraying one coat of Dr.Beck insulation varnish in rotor and drying out.

Releasing the DE bearing Cleaning, checking and refixing with new one if found necessary or fixing the old bearings if found healthy (Bearing supplied by TANGEDCO)

Releasing the NDE bearing cleaning, checking and refixing with new one if found necessary or fixing the old bearings if found healthy (Bearing supplied by the Contractor)

Assembling the motor after threading in the rotor, fixing end covers & pulley.

Providing rubber gasket and fixing cooler unit. (Applicable for 230KW motor)

Labour charges for shifting the motor to its bed, connection of power cable, alignment, coupling, and trial run.

Charges for painting the motor with two coats DA grey / deep orange colour synthetic enamel paint. Total area of the motor is 18 Sq.m.

Charges for dynamic balancing of rotor for 230 KW, 6.6KV, 3 phase HT motor. (If necessary)

DE End shield undercutting, welding & machining to suit the new bearing NU 326 C3. (If Necessary)

NDE End shield undercutting, welding & machining to suit the new bearing 6326 C3. (If necessary)

Provision of stator terminal take off leads for silicon cable. (Material Supplied by Contractor)

Supply and erection of stator terminal clamp

Supply and erection of stator terminal Bushing.

Bearing 6326 MC3 (Ball bearing)

Transport loading & unloading From NCTPS-I to workshop & Workshop to NCTPS-I
