Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc and removing the rubbish off the premises out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick Cement Concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in leveling / beding under floor finishes and pading concrete for roof etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured Non skid Ceramic Tiles 7 to 8mm thick(square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles including 15mm thick screed bed in cement morar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. (Make of Tiles : Johnson, Somany, Kajaria, AGL, etc)

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic Coloured Tiles 8 to10 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.72 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles including 15mm thick screed bed in cement morar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. (Make of Tiles : Johnson, Somany, Kajaria, AGL, etc)

M&L for Coloured Vitrified Ceramic Tiles 8 to 10 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.72 sqm, in Verticle Surface as in Skirting / Dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. (Make of Tiles : Johnson, Somany, Kajaria, AGL, etc)

M&L Glazed Ceramic Coloured Tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqmon vertical surfaces such as Skirting / Dados to wall etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match on vertical surfaces including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 to receive Wall Tiles all as specified and directed. (Make of Tiles : Johnson, Somany, Kajaria, AGL, etc)

M&L Machine Cut & Mirror Polished Kota Stone Slab Flooring 20-25mm thick over Cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 15mm thick screed bed in Cement Morar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Machine Cut & Mirror Polished Kota Stone Slab 20-25mm thick as in Steps, Skirting, Dado and Pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including 10mm thick backing coat in Cement Morar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) Slab machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including Grinding and Polishing Edges complete and 15mm thick screed bed in Cement Morar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
