Demolition Cement Concrete (Reinforced) of any description and in position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing debris, etc. to Outside MOD Land, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Old reinforcement shall be measured under Sch of Credit)

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161:1979 Grade St-240 or RHS/SHS Sections conforming to IS 4923:1997 Grade YST 210, including rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered), channels, base plates at top and bottom of columns, square cut or notched (ordinary and countersunk), forming holes, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates, special shaped washers, etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing complete. No extra measurement for the same will be considered.

M&L for preparing New or previously untreated Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50 mm thick TCT (Total Coated Thickness) pre-painted galvalume sheets with minimum base metal thickness of 0.45 mm, single skin high rib/multi rib profile sheeting having 1000-1020 mm cover width and 28-30 mm high crest at maximum 250-255 mm pitch (centre to centre), manufactured from high tensile galvalume steel conforming to minimum tensile strength of 550 MPa, coated with AZ-150 zinc-aluminium alloy coating comprising 55% aluminium, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon with total coating mass of 150 g/sqm on both sides, having minimum 5 micron primer coat and camouflage pattern PVDF/SMP paint finish on exposed face with total top coat thickness not less than 20 microns and minimum 8-10 micron backer coat on reverse face, complete with wide pans incorporating minimum three stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/female interlocking side laps with full return legs for purlin support, fixed with self-drilling/self-tapping screws and EPDM washers as per existing roof profile complete all as specified and directed. NOTES:- (1) The exposed surface of the roofing sheets shall be finished in camouflage pattern, either factory-painted or spray-applied at site, as per the latest Sigma pattern approved/generated by the Air Force Station. The camouflage pattern shall comprise 4 to 5 colour shades, with RGB values generally varying between 110 and 171, or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, applied in suitable proportions using suitable masking/templates to achieve the desired camouflage effect. Where applied at site, the paint system shall be compatible with the existing factory coating and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The quoted rate shall include all paints, primers (where required), masking/templates, pattern development, labour, application and all incidental works necessary for complete camouflage finishing. No extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (2) The quoted rate shall include all necessary T&P, including scaffolding, ladders, ropes, welding and cutting equipment, drilling machines, safety harnesses, lifelines, helmets and all other necessary safety gear and protective measures required for execution at all heights, including working up to 15 m above ground level or as actually required at site. (3) The quoted rate shall include all fixing accessories, consumables and incidental materials, including self-drilling/self-tapping screws with EPDM washers, GI anchor bolts, nuts, bolts, cleats, screws, rawl plugs, sealants, welding electrodes and other fasteners necessary for complete execution, including incidental cutting, drilling, welding, removal of minor welded/bolted connections, safe lowering, stacking and removal of dismantled materials from site. (4) The contractor shall provide adequate safety arrangements for all personnel engaged in the work and shall be solely responsible and liable for their safety during execution, dismantling and installation. The Department shall bear no responsibility for any accident, injury or loss of life, and the contractor shall indemnify the Department against all claims or damages arising therefrom.

M&L for Cement concrete, 75 mm thick, type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub floors, sub bases, pavings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Machine cut Pre-Polished Kota Stone Tiles, 18-20mm thick in Flooring, laid over and including 20mm thick screed base of cement mortar 1:6 and joined with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Cost of Cement Screed Bed shall deemed to be included in quoted rate)

-ditto- but for Machine cut Kota Stone Tiles 16-18mm thick, in Riser of Steps, Skirting, Dado and Pillar, joined with grey Cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, fixed over and including 10mm thick cement screed 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.. (NOTE: Cost of Cement Screed Bed shall deemed to be included in quoted rate)
