Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface (Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.)

Solar Powered Road Markers (Road Stud) ( Supplying of solar raised pavement markers made of polycarbonated molded body with circular shape, solar powered, LED self illumination in active mode 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic Lensecapable of providing total internal Reflection 0f the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The markers shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accoradance to ASTM D 4280 . The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow ( amber ) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking in 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 v in sleepcharging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours.The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm x 100mm x 100mm. Also the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete as directed by the engineer)

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications. PCC Grade M20 Height upto 5m using Batching Plant, transit mixture and concrete pump.

Providing & making Gabion structure with mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped wire mesh Gabion boxes as per IS 16014:2012, MORTH clause 2500, of required size, Mesh type 10x12 (D=100 mm with tolerance of + 2% ), Zinic+10% AI alloy +PVC coated, Mesh wire diameter 2.7/3.7 mm (ID/OD), mechanically edged / Selvedged with partitions at every 1 m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist , trying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2 mm (ID/OD), supplied @3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing , all complete as per direction of Engineer -in -charge.

Supplying & laying high strength flexible geogrids (HSFG) as soil reinforcement / basal reinforcement as per MORTH 3100 and IRC 113, made of high tenacity polyester core with polyethylene coating with Minimum Long Term Design Strength (LTDS) of more than 50 % of ultimate tensile strength at 30 degree celcius corresponding to 12 % strain. Ultimate tensile strength -300 KN/m.

Supplying & laying of drainage composite for use behind walls, between two different fills, alongside drains of road, below concrete lining of canals etc. Geocomposite for planar drainage, realized by thermobonding a drainage core in extruded monofilaments with two filtering nonwoven geotextiles that may also be working as separation or protecting layers. The drainage three dimensional core will have a "W" configuration as longitudinal parallel channels. Minimum thickness to be 7.2 mm, with two filtering UV stabilized polypropylene nonwoven geotextile of minimum thickness of 0.75 mm characteristic opening size (O90) of 110 micron and tensile srength of 8.0 KN/m that will be working as separation or protecting layer, geocomposite having in plane flow capacity of 2.1 L/(m.s) at hydraulic gradient of 1.0 & 20 kPa pressure and tensile strength of 18 kN/m, with mass per unit area of 740 gsm, supplied in the form of roll for easy transportation to site of work as per detailed specification all complete as per direction of Engineer -in -charge.

Supply of stones for gabion facia units. Stones for the Gabion facia shall be hard, angular to round, durable and of such quantity that they shall not disintegrate on exposure to water or weathering during the life of the structure. The stone size shall be range between 1.5 to 2.5 times mesh opening. Each range of sizes may allow for a variation of 5% oversize or 5% undersize, or both. The size of any oversize stone shall allow for the placement of minimum of three layers of stone must be achieved when filling the 1m high units and a minimum of two layers for the 0.50 m high units. The stone used for filling the gabion facia shall have a minimum density of 22 kN/m3 and Los Angeles abrasion value not more than 45.
