Earth work excavation for foundation in all kinds of soils and sub soils to full depth as directed by the departmental officers except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and balling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 meters and initial lift of 2 meters including clearing leveling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification (TNDSS No. 23, 24)

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix (One cement four sand and Eight metal) using 40mm ISS hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation and flooring including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick to required thickness including all labour charges ect complete as per standard specification

Centering for soffits of RCC slabs plane surface including strutting upto 3.00m height using mild steel of size 90cmx60cmx10 gauge fitted with MS angle of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cmx6cm spaced at 90cm c/c and supported by causrina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm c/c complying with standard specification

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3,10 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) 12mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the Top of roof with Solar refelective ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A FT switch and making good of the oncealed portion with suitable colour for PVC oncealed light / fan Point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil) SD 25

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated unseathed SC Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitablev PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires, in flush with wall, with150mm x 100 mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for 5A 3 Pin non inter locking CS Plug with cotinuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC plug point. Supply and fixing osf single box type 4"36w flu. Fitting complete with copper choke and condenso with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu. Tube with PVC unsheathed leads from terminals to the fitting.[SD 87]
