Lifting, Shifting, Installation, Commissioning & Testing of HAT type IDU unit of 2.5Ton by 2 nos of 70mm x 40mm x 6mm "C" channel frame by making hole into the wall grouting & filling CC mixture properly as per PWD guideline & mending good the damages to the original finish as required to distribute the total load from the wall and by drilling 4nos holes into the iron structure for 4nos 10mm dia downrod & connecting the downrod into the channel & IDU by double nuts,& washer antivibration pad etc. & necy. iron structure painting, scaffolding arrangement,labour cost etc. as per direction of EIC.[Machine suspension could not be considered from the direct ceiling Due to the Room Hight is 18-25Ft)

SITC incl. vaccumiazation & Nitrogen testing of following nominal size of soft/Mid drawn Copper Refrigeration pipe line for the system , complete with fittings, with suitable ring type hanger supports , jointing/brazing incl. all accessories insulated with XLPE class-O tubular insulation/with class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber (Supreme/ Accoflex/ Armacell) tubular sleeves section of specified thickness as given below for liquid and suction line with rapping neccy insulating tape ,fittings, elbows, bends, supports & brackets etc. with all accessories as required (Make: Mandev/Ryoku/ Totaline/ Jobu / Nippon). i). Suction Line (5/8 OD with 9mm thick Nitrile insulation)

Supply and laying of Drain line with 6mm thick nitrile rubber insulated PVC/HDPE pipes following sizes with fitting , acessories, bends, elbows, tees, flanges, U-trap ,tapings, wall sleeves hangers, supports, anchors etc. as required for draining condensate water from IDUs to nearest drain point.. (Make : Supreme / Astral/ EIC approved). i) 25 mm dia.

Supply and fixing of AI powder coated continuous Grill (Make- Premier, Dynacraft/ EIC approved.) [For Supply & return].

Supply & fixing of fire retardant nonporous double layer flexible Canvas connection between HAT duct to dummy ceiling grill as per direction of E.I.C.

Supply & Filling of R-410A Gas for extra running length of pipe line and longer refrigeration cycle.

Supply, Fabrication & Fixing of Drop Ceiling covering work for HAT type indoor unit by Aluminium frame work with suitable size of Aluminium angle and (38.5mmx25mm x2mm thick) Aluminium hollow bar duly fixed in wall and suitable for fixing Aluminium composite panel false ceiling with necessary screw, clips etc as par direction of EIC incl. providing and fixing exterior quality Aluminium Composite panel (Aludecor/Alstrong Make) wall cladding on existing AL frame work with GI brackets, ACP fixed on the existing frame work by floding the edges of ACP panel (engraving the rear surface of ACP sheet wall matching color) with CP angle, cleats and stainless steel screw forming grooves at the periphery of AC panel, such grooves filler with foam and silicon sealent etc complete with all material to complete the task, labour, scafolding and other incidental charges like trap door for maintenance work. (a) 3mm thick(0.25mm AL.+2.5mm LDPE + 0.25 AL PVDF Coating).

Modification of window grill for accessing outdoor unit of Concealed Air conditioning Machines by cutting the grill and making Neccy arrangement by welding , grinding inch. S/F Hinge and Lock & key , as per direction of EIC.

Supply and laying Control copper Cable (PVC insulated & unshethed,un-armoured) from Condensing Unit to IDU control panel/ Vice Versa if Required as per OEM (Make: Gloster/RR Kable /Polycab/EIC Approved ). i). 3 core 4.0 sq mm cable.

Supply & Fixing 240 V,25 A, 3 pin Modular type Plug top with indicator (North West/Orient/Havells) & necy. Connections as required.

Term & Condition :

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent upon award of the contract from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.
