NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

Supply only aluminium expanded metal fly proof mesh, cut to size and shape required, with 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 6.0 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with aluminium glazing clips in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side with balancing white lamination complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 6mm thick x 150mm wide non-asbestos decorative planks (Shera planks) fixed to steel members with suitable screws/fasteners/nuts, bolts & washers and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
