Preparation and submission of monthly invoice for energy injected to Grid (as per duly signed JMR) alongwith with Bifurcation sheet and Import and Export Power Adjustment to RUVNL for a period of 11 months from the date as decided by the GE :- (a) Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of verifid copies by RUVNL to JdVVNL for energy adjustmet. (b) Ensure timely submission of Billing parameters, load survey, CDS file and other parameters t JdVVNL commercial wing. (c) Coordination with JdVVNL commercial wing for preparation of energy adjustment report and submission to Billing department for energy adjustments. (d) Coordination with JdVVNL / BKESL (Billing department) for adjustment of net energy credit in monthly electric Bill. Note:- (i) Monitoring of payment of monthly Transmission Charges, SLD Charges and verification of wheelig charged on monthly basis. (ii) Monitoring of power adjustment in monthly Electric Bill. (iii) Submission of MIS for Power Adjustment on quarterly basis to MES. (iv) Submission of half yearly profitablity / Net Savings Statement from Captiv Power to MES.
