Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.50 m in depth & getting out in soft /loose soil

Taking down cement plaster from walls, any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys,scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemet mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : All the demolished material will be disposed off outside the MOD land).

M & L brick work with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work in using sub class 'B' old size bricks, laid flat on sloped sides of drains or in any other situation joint in CM 1:6 without any bedding surface and flush pointing in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work (except bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 but using old bricks obtained obtained from demolition complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer –In -Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unrenforcement)in ground floors not exc 15 cm in thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : All the demolished material will be disposed off outside the MOD land).

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B - 0 ( using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping incl necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed.

M&L for providing Cement concrete (1:2:4) (using 12.5mm stone graded aggregate) as in benching of surface channels and drains all as specifie and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40mm graded aggregate) and finished even and fair using for sub base drains complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate ) slab supported on walls / as in slab over drain cover , beams and coloumns in floors , roofs, landings ,balconnies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)Formwork for side of cover slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Formwork for edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete rail ings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 10 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizon tal or sloping and similar work exc 5 cm but n exc 10cm wide complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up 150 to 600 mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note :- Excavation work shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for Concrete bed PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 to drain pipes of 300 mm dia including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested

M&L Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, bore of pipe 300 mm

M&L Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, bore of pipe 600 mm

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at al level n. exc 1.50 m above the starting point all as directed
