Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of sur-plus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge up to a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches from 0.00 mt to 1.50 mt

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T & P rtc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors.

M-150 brick work in 1:6 (one cement and six coarse sand sand of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. guage approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in raft foundation excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. Strength of the concrete shall not beless than M- 20.

Strength of the concrete shall not beless than M- 20.

RCC work providing & Laying In position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including the cost of centering shuttering finishing & excluding reinforcement above plinth level upto fifth floor level in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand :3 graded Stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) lintel band

P/F Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and and over lapping & hooks.

Brick work with comman burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shape and size in 1:4(1 cement :4 sand )

12 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth No. extra for mixing any additive (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand
