SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I M & L for Rolled mild steel fo grade Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pices, cleat etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as speicfied and directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts of 11 to 15 mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 22.5cm and n.exc 30cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rolled mild steel in Plates (plain or chequered) channels fo grade Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as speicfied and directed.

M & L for Mild Steel supports, clamps, box and back plates, etc fabricated from structural steel sections, MS sheet including nut, bolt, washers, welding, bending, cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Well seasoned 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkat and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/vally gutter/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick walls complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparing old decorated surfaces of walls, etc including cornices by bromming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salt and treating oil and greasy spot and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down from any position and Dismantling ceiling fan (any size/sweep/make), repair the same by cleaning, overhauling, necessary lathe work etc and taking out existing burnt out winding wire of motor and rewinding the same after proper cleaning with super enamelled copper wires as per existing gauge and turn to achieve the desired RPM, necessary insulating materials, insulating varnishing, cleaning and reassembling the ceiling fan after replacement of unserviceable minor parts such as split pin, lock nuts, rubber packing, clamp of condenser, blade nuts, rubber reel insulator, nuts bolts, plastic fan canopy etc as required for smooth functioning of the fan and Replacement of unserviceable major parts like capacitor, bearing, bush etc and testing complete on completion and re-fixing the fan in existing position including provn of twin twisted flexible copper stranded conductor wire of size 23/0.0076 Sqmm of required length complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Note : (a) Replacement of unserviceable major parts like capacitor, bearing, bush etc shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under respective items of this Schedule. (b) Unit quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of transportation of fan to workshop from site of work)
