OUTSOURCING SERVICES FOR OPERATION OF STP AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT DRDO UNIT UNDER GE (N) BIKANER.

(Note for Sl item No. 1 to 2 : The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government/Local body whichever is higher (for 'B' area) . In Case the rates quoted are less than the minimum wages as notified by the Government of India/State Government/Local body whichever is higher, his tender will be treated as NON BONAFIDE and willl not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determind by the lowest amount amongst valid/bonofied bids only). Outsourcing of services for 250 KLD STP at Umrao Complex (DRDO Unit) with 01 FGM (Semi skilledd) in each shift for 3 shifts round the clock will be employed by the contractor (each shift for 08 hours) and one helper (Un skilled) for one shift only all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note Applicable for srl item No. 1 to 2 (i) Daily, weekly, mothly, quarterly, halfyearly and annual maint to be carried out and keeping records thereof. (ii) Daily log sheet attendance register for persons employed by the contractor to be maintained. (iii) All types of T&P reuired for day to day maintenance shall be provided by the contractor. (iv) All types of transportation if reqd for handling materials/eqpts etc shall be provided by the contractor. (v) All types of fire eqpts provided in all the installations shall be maintained and operated properly. (vi) All electrial fitting and fixures installed at STP installation to be maintained and contractor shall be responsible for any damage. (vii) All types of water tanks shall be maintined. (viii) All installations to be kept neat and clean all the time. (ix) In case of any damage, misuse, mishandling of Govt property, contractor will be held responsible for the same. (x) Chlorination of sewage water are to be carriedout and record to be maintainted. (xi) Medical needs to be provided by the contractor to the employees as and when required. (xii) First Aid Box with basic madicines to be kept in installation by the contractor. (xiii) Misuse of electricity and water to be penalised and effective recovery will be made by the department. (xiv) Outsourcing of services shall start immediately after acceptance of work. (xv) All garden, lawns, trees etc being planted in all the installations shall be maintained regularly and to be developed further as directed. (xvi) FGM should be ITI qualified or 02 years expereince in the perticular field. (xvii) Entire area inside and out side of STPs shall be cleaned properly by the contractor and cost shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. (xix) Treated water to be tested periodically as per Appx 'A' and record to be maintained. (xx) The contractor shall install biometric attendance machine at installation and attendance record be maintained. All the payment to be released to the contractor as per biometric record . All payments wil be paid through e-payment/digital payment.

Outsourcing of services for 180 KLD STP at Umrao Complex (DRDO Unit) with 01 FGM (Semi skilled) in each shift for 3 shifts round the clock will be employed by the contractor (each shift for 08 hours) and one helper (un skilled) for one shift only all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling, transporting and reassembling of submersible motor after rewinding & replacement of worn out parts mentioned below incl rewinding of submersible motor 7.5 HP of 03 Phase, 415 volts with PVC insulated solid copper conductor (wire) superior quality of approved make , size & number of wire as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of the following unserviceable spare parts of submersible motor as per existing make and size against item No 3 above :- (a) GM Bearing Bush

(b) Rotor sleeve

(c) Water seal (KSB only)

(d) Cable seal

Dismantling of existing defective induction motor of 7.5 HP capacity, 03 phase, 415 volts 50 HZ and make from the foundation, disconnecting the electric connecting coupling pulley, and taking out to work shop cutting down and removing existing burnt out copper windings, cleaning of slots and rewinding with solid copper conductor ( winding wire)as existing size and gauge complete including varnishing, drying, ovening, overhauling, greasing and fixing in the same position, making necessary electric connection and testing of induction motor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pumping out and removing of sewage water / mud from the aeration tank, and maturation tank and wet well using suitable dewatering pump / non clog sewage pump or manually and disposed off out side the MD land by means of closed portable tanks etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Cleaning of treated water tank by de-sludging,scraping the bottom wall with the help of scrapper/wire iron brush removing all scales, craked earth, dirt, mud/slit algi, fungus and other foreign deposited materials and dewatering the left over water and taking them out complete and painting of one coat by liquid bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Periodicity of cleaining 6 months)

Cleaning of filter media chambers (02 Nos) by removing deposited material inside the chamber including lifting the material from the chamber and getting out from the chamber without any damage to the chamber including cleaning of filter media all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling opening and reassembling after repair/replacement of U/S spare parts of mono block pumping set capacity 7.5 HP spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately. Job includes disconnection from base foundation frame disconnecting electrically, reconnection, re-fixing in position transportation to work shop & back make of pump- Kirloskar
