Providing Catering services for CGD project office at Deoghar. It includes procurement and preparation of food, beverages, assistance in distribution of food items and other associated works as detiled in SCC and as per direction of engineer in-charge.

Schedule - I (a) (Fixed) Skilled Manpower Charges for providing catering services for ERPL, Deoghar office (Skilled Manpower) - 01 (one) Nos ; (Charges are fixed as per Minimum wage circular dated 28.10.2021) Quantity - 1 Personnel x 24 months = 24. Rate is fixed to Rs.19,985.12/- per month per person. Please refer SCC [Technical] for detailed breakup.

Schedule - I (b) (Fixed) Food charges for visitors and guests. It will include breakfast, lunch dinner or other refreshment occured during official visit or as per direction of EIC, payment shall be made as per actual basis as per rates mentioned in SCC and as certified by EIC. Rate is fixed by IOCL. Please refer SCC [Technical] for detailes.

Schedule - II (b) (to be quoted by bidder in % against estimated rate) Service charges - Service charges to the bidder for Providing catering services at CGD Project, ERPL, Deoghar as per relevant clauses of tender documents.It also includes administrative expenses and all costs incurred for the personnel deployed for carrying out their work including their allowances for house rent, uniform charges, medical check-up, police verification, mouth fresheners, napkins, supply of consumables for maintaining dinning and kitchen premises clean and hygienic, general items etc. as mentioned in SCC. Bidder has to quote rate per month for service charges.

Providing housekeeping and office staff at CGD Project, ERPL, Deoghar.

Providing support services for CGD project office at Deoghar: Cleaning and mopping of Office floors on daily basis twice a day. Removal of dust from office furniture and equipment and other accessories. Providing assistance in photocopying and courier services by taking the materials from Office to the local shop and bringing back the same. Working /typing on computer software like MS-Word, MS-Excel & Power Point. Maintaining files, Documentation, e-documentation etc. Working on office equipments like printers, fax, scanner etc. Receiving visitors of the senior executives. Providing support service assistance to one or more than one executives/department as and when required. Maintaining Dak "in and out" details in computer. Collecting, Sorting, Distribution of incoming and outgoing dak/files. Preparation/Packing of material and files and documents to be sent by dak through the dak section. Movement/delivery of dak, file and materials within office and outside the Office. Attending office telephones & faxes. Arrangement for office meeting and other sundry jobs. Support during official functions/events. General administrative support for official assignments of various departments. All works as specified in SCC and other associated works as specified or not but required to be executed for due performance of the particular job up to entire satisfaction of the owner as per direction of EIC/Site-Engineer.

Schedule - I (c) (Fixed) Unskilled Manpower Charges for providing support services for ERPL, Deoghar office (Un- Skilled Manpower)- 01 (one) Nos ; (Charges are fixed as per Minimum wage circular dated 28.10.2021) Quantity - 1 Personnel x 24 months = 24. Rate is fixed to Rs. 14,154.78/- per month per person. Please refer SCC [Technical] for detailed breakup.

Schedule - I (d) (Fixed) Semi-skilled Manpower Charges for providing support services for ERPL, Deoghar office (Semi- Skilled Manpower)- 01 (one) Nos ; (Charges are fixed as per Minimum wage circular dated 28.10.2021) Quantity - 1 Personnel x 24 months = 24. Rate is fixed to Rs. 16,584.09/- per month per person. Please refer SCC [Technical] for detailed breakup.

Schedule - I (f) (Fixed) Additional payment to Un-Skilled Manpower for work on holidays/sundays as directed and verified by Engineer In-charge/Site-Engineer. Rate is fixed to Rs.1,088.83/- per person per day.

Schedule - I (g) (Fixed) Additional payment to Semi-Skilled Manpower for work on holidays/sundays as directed and verified by Engineer In-charge/Site-Engineer. Rate is fixed to Rs.1,275.70/- per person per day.

Schedule - I (f) (Fixed) Additional payment to Skilled Manpower for work on holidays/sundays as directed and verified by Engineer In-charge/Site-Engineer. Rate is fixed to Rs.1,537.32/- per person per day.

Schedule - I (g) (Fixed) Payment to miscellaneous works for sofa cleaning, chair cleaning, curtains, towel washings etc. by extenal agency as and when required. Payment shall be made as per actual basis upon production of bill as directed and verified by Engineer In-charge/Site-Engineer. Rate is fixed. Payment shall be made on actual basis.

Schedule - II (e) (to be quoted by bidder in % against estimated rate) Service charges - Service charges to the bidder for Providing office staff services at CGD Project, ERPL, Deoghar as per relevant clauses of tender documents. It also includes extended hours, administrative expenses, and all costs incurred for the personnel deployed for carrying out their work including their allowances for house rent, medical reimbursements, etc. Bidder has to quote rate per month for service charges.

Schedule - II (e) (to be quoted by bidder in % against estimated rate) Pest Control - Charges to the bidder for Providing pest control services twice a month at CGD Project, ERPL, Deoghar as per relevant clauses of tender documents, including the cost of chemical, tools tackles, labours, machinery, appliances etc. in completion in all respect. Bidder has to quote rate per month for service charges.

Schedule - II (e) (to be quoted by bidder in % against estimated rate) Sanitization work - Charges to the bidder for Providing Sanitzation of office premises with disinfectanct on daily basis to restrict the spread of COVID, as per relevant clauses of tender documents, including the cost of chemical, tools tackles, labours, machinery, appliances etc. in completion in all respect. Bidder has to quote rate per month for service charges.
