REPAIR /MAINT TO SEWAGE LINES, MANHOLES, SEPTIC TANK, AND AREA DRAINAGE, HARD STANDING, INTERLOCKING, CHEQUERED TILE, FENCING AND ALLIED B/R WORKS AT CQA (A), NAI AND SQAE UNDER GE (C) KHADKI.

Material and labour for attending complaint on daily basis with atleast one safaiwala along with helper for record complaint received from AGE B&R-1 Complaint cell and in holidays/ sundays receive complaints in respect of any tele communication or directly through office from 8:30AM TO 5:00 PM on all working days. (Except sunday and holidays), for cleaning of all blockage of sewarage of any type of sewarage line, branch line branch line main sewer line etc of any section. Day to day complaints of chocked of manholes, sewage lines etc. cleanong of trap wc, soil waste, vent pipe, gully traps upto final droup outlet , inlet of septic tank working in foul condition with taking precautionary measures, equipments and required power/cables pertaing to Tech Areas/ MD Accn of CQA (A), NAI & SQAE NOTE :- 1) T&P will be brought by the contractor 2) Complaints of blockages and cleaning of sewage lines are to be received daily from the complaint cell situated in the premises of office of AGE B&R-1 (Central ) Khadki complaints are to be attended for cleaning on the same day. (Contd para from,,...2.00) 3) Rate included for supply of for experience safaiwala along with helper and required tools and plants. 4) The payment towards the subject items shall only be made as per the total number of days, contractor had clean and cleared the blockages of sewage lines. 5) Incase urgent nature of complaints contractor has to attend the complaints even on sundays and holidays also and records of complaints attended on sundays and holiday be maintain and produce to GE during running payment register be maintained with date and time of complaint lodged by user of complaint slip Number issued by department and completion of completion duly signed by user. 6) Contractor shall maintain register including details of day of clening of sewage line duly signed by contractor and Engineer in charge, if the contractor Not be able to to provide the manpower the recovery of rate Rs 600.00 per person. 7) Complaints sheet attending complaint No duly signed by JE and AGE to be submitted for payment purpose.

Cleaning by using mechanical equipement of solid/liquid mud/any type of solid content including mud, brick bats, empty containers of any type, rags, polythene or any similar items deposited in underground sewage lines depth upto 3 mtr including manholes/inspection chamber of any size at any depth (STP and main lines from pumping station of any dia) in entire area at CQA (A), NAI & SQAE under the premises of AGE B/R-I (C) Kirkee by using SUPER SUCTION MACHINE TRUCK MOUNTED HAVING SUCTION CAPACITY 1000 TO 4000 CUM/HRS, JETTING PUMP WITH WORKING PRESSURE AT NOT LESS THAN 120 BAR having facilities of high pressure water thermoplastic fibre braided water jetting hose and through conical/round shape nozzle pipe. Bottom surface of manhole / inspection chamber & sewage lines should be visible after cleaning process. Sludge/sludge water/any type of waste recovered from sewage lines / manhole/inspection chambers shall be disposed off at authorised dumping site declared by local adminstration outside MoD land distance exceeing 2Km but n, exc 2.5Km etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of existing septic tank of 200 users capacity by using Mechanical Pumping Machine to removing water, sludge, stones, solid particles etc complete from the septic tank at any location and at distance from road and removing the same from the campus and buried complete all as specified and as directed as below: (i) The sludge/burried soil etc taken out shall be stacked alongwith the septic tank, sump well etc. After 48 hours of the sludge taken out, measurement shall be taken as of the solid contents for the purpose of payment. The tenderer are advised to keep this aspect in mind while quotating the rates. After taking the measurements, the solid contents shall be disposed off outside the Md land/area. (ii) Necessary precautions as well as safety measures shall be taken by the contractor without any extra cost, for working in the foul conditions. (iii) The contractor shall be entirely responsible for the lapse, mishappening to any of the manpower deployed and/or to other equipment/machinary/material at the site of work during the execution.

Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm in soft/loose soil in excavated pit or trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up 150mm drain pipes (salt glazed ware AC/RCC) drain pipes including PCC haunching and bedding jointed in cement mortar and taking out including removing outside the defence land complete all as specied and as direced.
