Amount

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bricks sub class ‘B’ laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand (Local Tibba sand) filling under floors and similar locations including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only consolidated thickness shall be measured

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 10 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

S&F in repair and testing junction box of size 250x 250 x 155 mm with 6A MCB, 100Amps aluminium busbar (1 Sqmm = 1Amps) with IP 65 protection thermoplastic (polystyrene) dust proof, rust proof with internally embedded gasket environment safe with suitable PVC/MS clamps, not bolts, for pole mounted alongwith cable connection with lugs etc complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in replacement 1.50 Sqmm 3 core PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volt grade (ISI marked) for making connection from junction box to street light passing through pole etc complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F and testing LED street light fitting of 90 Watt including LED lamp complete with body robust, corrosion resistant, superior finish and with aluminium alloy any crack or through hole made in a single piece by high pressure die case LM6. The luminaries shall be monolithic construction totally enclosed dust and water proof with IP 66 protection as per IS – 10322-1982 (Part-1) with latest amendments and input voltage range 100-300V, AC, frequency 50-60HZ, P.F. should be more than 0.9 with total harmonic distortation THD less than 10% cool white colour and lamp starting time should not be more than 10 seconds. Fitting should be provided with 15 KV surge protection. Driver should be constant voltage driver and also have double phase protection, no load, open circuit and short circuit protection LED light fitting should be suitable for ambient temperature from -55 degree to 50 degree centrigate and humidity level 10% to 90% RH. Cover should be polycarbonate/toughened glass to ensure IP 66 degree protection. Cover should not degrade due to heating and ageing. The efficiency of LED luminaries system be more than 85 lumnes per watt and must be certified by LM 69 test report.

NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS & BULBS : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced on site free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of swan neck steel tubular pole 9 to 12 meter long excluding planting depth complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including brackets, clamps channel etc, and making alternative black and white strips on pole with synthetic enamel paint ( each strip 30 cm height) upto 1.5 meter height from top of PCC foundation block and writing pole no. including applying one coat of cement base paint on PCC coping etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, installing, commissioning and testing in replacement LT panel board (outdoor type) cubical type made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick, dust and vermin proof and angle iron of size 50x50x6 mm, pedestal frame grouted in PCC 1:4:8 (type B1) 20 mm graded stone aggregate thimble and cable entry boxes with cable glands, panel should be covered from all sides with front and back lockable door and hinges complete including aluminium bus bar of capacity 300 Amps (considering 1 Sqmm = 1Amps), TPN, three phase, 04 wire (in separate chamber) and consisting of the followings:- (a) incoming MCCB, 4 pole, 250 Amp, 415 volts, breaking capacity not less than 25 KA with thermal and magnetic release – 01 Nos. (b) Outgoing MCCB, 3 pole, 100 Amps, breaking capacity not less than 16 KA. Fixed type – 03 Nos. (c) Outgoing MCB, TPN, 40 Amps, breaking capacity not less than 16 KA. Fixed type – 04 Nos. (d) Outgoing MCB, DP, 32 Amps, breaking capacity not less than 16 KA. Fixed type – 04 Nos. (e) Digital Voltmeter 0-500 Volts – 01 Nos. (f) Digital Ameter 0- 200 with suitable ratio of CTs - 01 Nos (g) Indicator Set RYB “LED” type (Set of three) - 01 Set. Note :- (i) LT panel base frame shall be grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate. The base shall be 60cm height from the nearest road level/floor level or as directed.(ii) All incoming MCCB shall be connected through MCCB spreaders with incoming bus bar and incoming cable shall be connected with incoming bus bar.(iii) Drawing of LT Panel shall be got approved well in advance from GE before fabrication of LT Panel. (iv) The quoted rate shall deemed to include supply & provision of 65mm lock with 2 keys. Make of Lock :- Godrej / Harrison / Link. (v) Cost of MS frame work, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer. (vi) Cost of platform, MCCB spreaders, cable glands, locking arrangement with lock and key and any minor addition/alteration if required at site (the decision of GE will be final and binding regarding extent to which the change can be considered as minor addition/alteration) shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
