SCHEDULE 'A' (AC PLANT WORK)

Taking down the defective receprocating open type compressor capacity 50TR / Make : blue Star Model : JS 43F-N50B. from the central type Air conditioning plant by disconnecting suction and discharge valves after pumping down the system and other controls . Dismantling the compressor for overhauling, servicing, cleaning all the internal parts and Crank shaft reconditioning, replacing of following parts main bearings (front 02 Nos and back 01 No), connecting rods 04 Nos, Piston pins 04 Nos, Suction read, discharge read, suction spring, discharge spring, piston rings, gasket sets, Thrust washer etc, Re- assembling the compressor in all respect , refixing the same in its original position & re connecting all disconneted lines including Pressure testing as per the OEM recommendation / Specification & commissioning for proper function of all instruments like pressure gauge , pressure switches , solienoid valve, expansion valve etc. Replace if required. as specified and as directed. (SM/MES No. 825/0032/09)

Note for item No 2.00:- (a) Unserviceable parts / accessories required other than listed above to be replaced will be measured and paid for under relevent Items as supply only. (b) Unserviceable parts /accessories listed here-in-after will be repalced only after the approval of Engineer-in Charge . (c) Labour charges for removing unserviceable parts / accesories and replacement with new one shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (d) Any minor spares / parts /accessories not covered in the Scedule "A" Part but required for completion of job shall be provided by the contractor and the rate quoted shall be deemed to have been inclusive of such items. (e) Leak test, gas & oil charging shall be measured under relevent items. (f) Renewal of control wiring in the system/panel,deemed to include rate, copper cable will be measured under relevent Items.

Taking down the defective the 50 HP motor stator and the burned copper old winding from receprocating open type compressor of the central type Air conditioning plant of capacity 50 TR and rewinding with copper double winding as per the original winding Re- assembling the motor stator and compressor in all respect , refixing the same in its original position & re connecting all disconneted lines as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : i).Unserviceable parts / accessories required to be replaced will be measured and paid for under relevent Items as supply only. (SM/MES No. 825/0032/09)

Material & Labour for carry out the leak test complete system of central AC Plant of 50 TR capacity at EHB by charging the dry nitrogen gas & hold up to 24 hrs and rectifying the leakage if any by bracing / welding / replacing the 'Ö' ring etc and Vacuumising complete system of Air-conditioning plant with double stage vaccum pump of (-) 2 Kg/cm sq vaccum pressure after repairs to line / replacement of compressor or Repair in Refrigeration System, including charging the refrigerant Gas upto desired pressure complete all as specified & directed. Note1 :- Once the Gas charged in it, it should hold the in the system minimum six months if any gas leaked from the system the contractor has to charge the gas upto required level on free of cost No extra cost on this account shall be claimed Note2 : compressor oil and refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately for relevant item as supply only.

Material & Labour for Servicing of oil pump including supply and replacing all un-serviceable parts of Central type AC plant of capacity 50TR compressor at EHB

Material & Labour for Descaling the shell and tube condenser by circulating descaling chemical with water (made ph value of circulating water 01) through cooling tower re-circulating pump set up to 2 to 3 hours and open the end cover of condenser and manually cleaned the inner tubes with nylon brush until complete scale to be removed and flush out with fresh water. Reconnecting the condenser end cover by replacing rubber gasket, bolts, nuts and including cleaning of cooling tower,make up water tank etc as required commissioning in all respect for the Central type AC plant of capacity of 50TR at EHB Note:- (a) Descaling shall be done twice in the etire contract period. (b) during descaling any damage to copper coil which leads leackage of gas, contractor shall be resposible to rectify the damage and gas to be filled after leak test without any extra cost. (c) Descaling of one AC Plant unit include total Number of condensers/ chillers in the mentioned capacity AC Plant. (d) Descaling shall be done once in every 3 months.

M & L Taking down the unserviceable motor of 2HP/3HP capacity and dismantling including taking out damaged/burnt out winding from motor, cleaning the slots with CTC and rewinding the same with new super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and turns, oiling and greasing assembling and installing back into position for making motor fully functional and testing for satisfactory running complete all as specified and directed
