Supply only refrigerant (R-22) gas as per requirement, complete all as specified and directed. Make : MAFRON/FLORON/ REFRON/ FREON NOTE FOR ITEM NOS. 1 TO 2: The quantity of the above items shall only be operated to the extent required for topping-up as specified in the relevant other connected items of BOQ.

Supply and fix in repairs automatic capacity control pilot solenoid valve suitable for the liquid line of AC Plants of various capacity complete all as specified and directed, Make :- Rotex, Avcon, SPORLAN, DANFOSS.

M & L for thermal insulation of 150mm bore chiller water piping with 50mm thick fibre glass wool, crown 150 and of density 24 Kg/Cum, the glass wool shall be covered with and including 24 SWG aluminium sheet cladding, complete all as specified and directed, Make: Lloyd's / TWIGA/ FGP Ltd.

-Dittio- all as per item No. 04 above but of 80mm bore chiller water piping

-Dittio- all as per item No. 04 above but of 50mm bore chiller water piping

Pumping down the existing refrigerant from the plant of 75/80 TR capacity, carrying out the leakage testing of plant with the pressure of Nitrogen gas and monitoring for 24hrs to assess leakages, rectification of leakage by brazing & replacement of necessary gaskets wherever required, vacumizing of the plant by vaccum pump and keep-it upto 24 hours for testing and rectification of leakages if any, finally recharging of existing refrigerant gas to the plant and topping up of refrigerant if required to maintain the standard pressure etc complete including testing of the plant for smooth functioning complete all as specified & directed. Supply and fix in repairs hi wall split units indoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality including taking down old u/s indoor AC unit of capacity 2 Ton electric driven single phase 230 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

-ditto- all as per item No 8 above but for 1.5 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs hi wall split units outdoor (Condener unit) of capacity 2 Ton including filling of refrigerant including taking down old u/s outdoor AC unit complete all as specified and directed.
