STAY SET :Supplying and erection of GI/MS stay set complete with stay rod, anchor plate of size 300x300x5mm, thimble,stay rod, anchor plate of size 300x300x5mm, thimble,stay clamp, turn buckle, bow tightener etc. with stay wire, strain insulator, nut bolts as per specifications including excavation in all type of soil / rocks and foundation in cement concrete 1:3:6 of required size and other necessary materials complete as required as per specifications. Supplying and fixing Polymer type 11 K.V. pin insulator with G.I. pin of approved make on existing pole or bracket with necessary materials and hardware complete as required.

Supplying and fixing polymer type 11 K.V. disc (strain) insulator of approved make on existing pole or bracket with necessary materials and hardware complete as required.

Providing and fixing ear thing arrangement for H.T./L.T. poles with G.I. wire of 115 turn of 50mm dia. connection with bracket/ cross arm/ pole with 4mm dia. G.I. lead through 20 mm dia. G.!. Protection pipe of length from bottom of pole to 2 meter above ground level, packing of charcoal powder and salt as per specification including excavation of pit in all type of soil / rock etc. complete.

DANGER CAUTION PLATES :Providing and fixing enamelled danger caution plate/board on existing electric poles or wherever required of size 250x200 mm, made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet and vitreous enamelled white, with latest, figures and the conventional skull and cross-bones in signal red colour (as per IS-5-1978 with latest amendment) on the front side.The rear side of the plate shall also be enamelled. The corner of the plate shall be rounded off with required material such as screws, wires clamps, nut bolts etc. complete 33 KV/11 KV

Supplying and fixing 12x16 gauge barbed wire antidumping device (900 mm and3.5kg wire on pole) around the existing H.T. pole and sub station poles for safety measures as per IE rules including all staples and all other necessary materials complete as per mpseb specification.

Supplying, installing, connecting, testing and commissioning of approved make distribution transformer 4 star rating of accepted standard specification oil filled, core type aluminum wound out door type 11/ 0.4: KV step down with drain and filler . Value with locking arrangement two ear thing terminals, lifting arrangements and first filling of oil, conventional unit, including installation on existing D.P. structure.

(A) DTR 200 KVA BIS Certified EE Leval II

Providing and fixing outdoor type pole mounting weather, dust and vermin proof L.T. distribution box made of 14/16 gauge, M.S. sheet with clamping arrangements, lockable hinged door duly painted on all sides with red oxide antirust and corrosion treatment two coats of synthetic enamel paints of approved make and shade, consisting of following fittings. L.T. Distribution box suitable for 63/100/200.KVA.transformer (without TPN switches) with required Amp MCCB/Isolator on incoming side and PF HRC units on outgoing side.

(A) For 200 KVA Transformer (200 A. mccb of 9 HRC fuse of 160A. & 9 no J type al hook.) Complete as required as per MP SEB latest Specification.

Commissioning of D P structure over existing support with panting in an approved manner consisting of following :- (A) D. Supplying ,laying ,testing, and commissioning of P V C insulated PVC heavy duty power cable confirming to lS 1554­1964 with upto date ammnandentment,1100 volt grade cable Of approved make in trench ,G I pipe Air (laying on pole) trench, i/c cost of excavation in any type of soil/rock etc. including connection through lugs by cramping method glands etc as required as per specification. (A) Supplying laying testing and commissioning.UnArmoured single core XLPE insulated aluminum conductor cable.

Supplying and erection of G.I. guarding of required size on existing HT/LT lines as required as per specifications. (A) Carpet/Cradle type 8 SWG (4 mm. dia.)

Supply & fixing fencing of chain link mesh 100 x 100 mm, 12 SWG GI wire for for D.P. structure electric sub-station including single post of angle iron size 50x50x5mm, 2.5 mt long should be provided up to 2.00 mt. apart or as required .The panel frame with required angle iron/ flat iron members /cross members including mesh welded in frame panel, shall be erected between the post. The angle iron post shall be erected in cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded metal ) foundation, including excavation of pit and refilling the same The fencing shall be provided with one entrance gate including locking arrangement as required as per specification. The height of fencing shall be 2 mt. above ground level. Fencing shall be painted with required shade. (A) Upper & lower frame of fencing will be of MS angle (25X25X4) mm size. (B) MS strip of (25X5) mm flat shall be used fro cross bracing of fencing

(C) Double Gate (2nos. 2.5’X5’) of MS angle (50X50X6)mm. bracing of 25X5 mm flat with mesh & locking arrangement.Complete as above ( A to C) – one job.
