Material and labour for servicing of HT VCB panel indoor type upto 630 Amps,11 KV as incomer and outgoing, complete by checking main connection and control circuit including replacement of unserviceable accessories, testing and commissioning complete with full load operations to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- (a) Necessary spray and other T&P equipments are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Other spares like battery, spares of VCB etc will be measured under separate items in the BOQ as supply only. (c) Labour charges for dismantling / taking down and replacement / refixing new parts as and when required is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (d) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of minor spare parts.

Supply only following spares of HT VCB panel indoor type upto 630 Amps, 11 KV complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(a) PT fuses (11 KV / 8 Amps HT 5 x UTF 11) with stem

(b) Spout Bushing

(c) Push botton on/off suitable for 11KV panel of existing size including removing old unserviceable of colour Red, Green, Blue, Yellow (as per site requirement).

(d) indicator lamp assembly complete LED type suitable for 110V DC or 110V AC including fixing of HT VCB.

(e) Three pole VCB main shaft assembly suitable for HT 11 KV .

(f) Vaccum Interpture bottle for the existing HT 11 KV VCB including taking out old unserviceable vaccume Interputure bottol.

(g) Shunt trip coil suitable for VCB / OCB of 400 Amps / 800 Amps capacity of 110 volts.

(h) Master Tripping Relay rating of 24 / 30 / 110 V DC for the existing HT VCB / OCB / RMU 11 KV Panels.

(i) Closing coil / Tripping coil for 11 KV 400 Amp / 800 Amps VCB 30 / 110 V DC including taking out old unserviceable coil.

(j) Trip-Neutral-Close (TNC) Switch, fixing with the existing HT VCB / OCB 11 KV Panel for including taking out old unserviceable TNC Switch.

(k) Multi Data Meter, measuring Voltage, Current, PF, HZ, KWH, KVAH, KVARH for out going various feeders to different Labs including complete wiring, testing all as specified and directed.

(l) Spring charging motor for 11 KV VCB suitable for the existing make including taking out old unserviceable one.

Supply and fixing of HT current transformer of capacity 200 / 100 / 5-5 including testing and commissioning through primary injection method with suitable testing kit and also checking the control panel wiring including setting the CT range with relays setting for proper functioning / tripping and taking out old unserviceable CTs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of current transformer moulded in epoxy compound with dual ratio 100-50/5-5 Amps complete connection with copper wire including beading as per existing VCB 11 KV at site all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of old unserviceable PT with new potential transformer oil cooled with protective enclosure of ratio 11 KV / 110 V / RT3 / 110V / RT3 Class 1.0/3P, Burden 100 VA/50 VA Voltage Factor 1.2 continuous / 1.5 for 30 seconds. ILV 12/28/75 KVP. Ins class B Ref Std IS : 3156/1992 One end earthed type with one No HRC fuse on HV side complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Primary Neutral to be solidly earthed including removing of old unserviceable PTs.

Supply and fix in replacement Digital Ammeter, 11 KV, size 96 x 96 mm including taking down the existing one all as specified and as directed. MAKE :- SCHNEIDER / L&T / ELMEASURE

Supply and fix in replacement Digital Voltmeter, 11 KV, size 96 x 96 mm including taking down the existing one all as specified and as directed. MAKE :- SCHNEIDER / L&T / ELMEASURE

Material and labour for calibration of IDMT relays set of 11KV rating of three through relay test kit including other required measuring equipment to the site by secondary injection method and testing for proper functioning / tripping systems of relays complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be included for checking of relays in VCB for its proper setting / functioning and tripping of VCB / OCB during over load/earth fault. (b) The job needs to be carried out on quarterly basis.

Material and labour for servicing of 4 pole structure complete including removal of old and wornout parts / spares / insulators and replacing with new one as and when required including taking the shutdown from MESCOM / KEB. NOTE :- (a) Lightning arrestor, GOD and expulsion fuse will be measured under separate items. (b) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of replacement Pin / Disc insulators, replacement of all jumpers with proper lugs / thimble as and when required. (c) The quoted rate is inclusive of replacing of male and female contact of AB switches as and when required, servicing / painting of GOD and ACSR conductor.

Supply and fix in replacement of Gang operating device, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism work from ground level for current rating upto 400 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for lightening arrestors, expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class discharge capacity 65 KA, suitable for 11000 volts including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Expulsion fuse single pole suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour single pole air break (switch) insulator, 11000 volts for out door use suitable for current rating upto 400 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting of PCC 4 pole structure with cement based paint including painting of clamps / angles / channels/ MS flat plate with oil based paint after scrapping of old paint complete including taking the shutdown from MESCOM / KEB.all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of rolled mild steel sections as in cross arms, bracings, support clamps, channels, nuts, bolts and washers etc., Material and labour cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamal paint of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed.

Pruning of tree near 4 pole structure at DIBT Tech area at not less than a distance of 10 RM from each pole apex complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. NOTE :- (a) T&P viz aluminium ladder, long shank knife, wood cutting axe required for pruning of tree shall be provided by the contractor. (b) Safety equipments like helment, scaffoldings, shoes, earth rod shall be provided by the contractor. (c) Pruning of tree near 4 pole structure shall be done after taking shutdown from KEB. The responsibility for shutdown will be held with the contractor (d) The above job to be carried out on a quarterly basis.

Material and labour for graded coarse aggregate (broken stone or boulders) of size 40 mm in substation yard for laying all as directed and specified.

Dismantling the 11 KV HT VCB panel indoor type (both incoming and outgoing VCBs) of any capacity carefully from the existing location and keeping in safe custody and further re-installation including general servicing, testing and re-commissioning at new location complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge NOTE :- (a) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of necessary T&P like cranes, etc. required for lifting of VCBs, inclusive of to & fro transportation of VCBs at sites, disconnecting cables and links, required re-assembling, installation and reconnecting the cables, links, earth strips in the location as directed. (b) Dismantling and re-Installation work shall be carried out through skilled labours under the supervision of an Electrical Engineer only. (c) The contractor must complete the job within 24 hrs,if contractor fails to complete the job within stipulated time, then recovery will be imposed upto 25 % of the quoted rate.

Material and labour for hiring of Mobile DG Set of Capacity 500 KVA suitable for existing LT electric supply scheme including continuous operation of not less than 12 Hrs in order to provide uninterupted power supply to the lab during the major disintegration and integration of VCB Panel through above catered works complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) The rate for diesel required for operation of DG set is deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (b) For the purpose of measurement only the running/operating time will be considered and DG set kept in standby without running/operation will not be considered.

Material and labour for foundation for HT VCB 11 KVA 630 Amps complete all as specified & directed. NOTE :- (a) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of preparation and providing of foundation as recommended by the OEM only.

Supply and fix indoor cable end termination with cold shrinkable jointing kit complete kit with all accessories including lugs suitable for 120 sq.mm to 185 sq.mm 3 core XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix outdoor cable end termination with cold shrinkable jointing kit complete kit with all accessories including lugs suitable for 120 sq.mm to 185 sq.mm 3 core XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix straight through cable end termination with cold jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 120 sq.mm to 185 sq.mm 3 core XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix indoor cable end termination with cold shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 50 sq.mm to 95 sq.mm 3 core XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix outdoor cable end termination with cold shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 50 sq.mm to 95 sq.mm 3 core XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix straight through cable end termination with cold jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 50 sq.mm to 95 sq.mm 3 core XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing of existing earthing system through 3 terminal method including checking of the continuity of the earth wire / earth strip from earth pit to the electrical equipment / test point / switchgears complete and watering the earth pit as and when required and taking and submission of test results on the earth register all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) The quoted rate is inclusive of Registers required to be prepared by the contractor and shall be submitted to Engineer in charge. Tne test results are prerequisite for payment of RAR. (b) The above job to be carried out on a monthly basis.

Material and labour for chemical earthing complete with copper plate of size 600x600x5mm thick buried directly and preferably vertical in ground with top edge not less than 1.5mtr below ground level connected with earth plate through 32x6mm copper strip connected to earth testing point all including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and FRP chamber and cover, water funnel and wire mesh etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. MAKE :- SANGLI OR EQUIVALENT NOTE :- (I) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of necessary earth & excavation work. (ii) The proportion of chemicals used will be as per the recommendations of the OEM (iii) Earth strip up to 7.5 mtr shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor of size 20x3 mm copper strip or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in 40 mm dia GI conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc., as required complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- The quoted rate is inclusive of Clamping on wall, Earthwork, PCC and plinth protection work as required

Material and labour Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically earth pit through earth strip not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level with top to edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4 mm dia by means of blots, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized steel, including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and FRP chamber and cover and water funnel and wire mesh etc complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR part - I and all directed including connections and testing on completion all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary earth & excavation work, water funnel & wire mesh and 50 mm GI pipe upto 7.5 mtr length.

All as per ser Item No. 30 above but using galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm as earth lead.

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc., as required 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- The quoted rate is inclusive of clamping on wall, earth work, PCC and plinth protection work as required.

Material and labour fro earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- The quoted rate is inclusive of clamping on wall, earthwork, PCC and plinth protection work as required

Supply and fixing galvanized steel water tubing medium grade pipe of size 40mm bore for protection of copper earth strip all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for maintenance, servicing & oil leakage arresting upto 250 KVA, 11KV rating, distribution transformer, providing necessary gaskets, oil seals, cleaning, dusting, decarbonising, tightening loosened parts, including replacing worn out part copper studs, bolts, nuts and washers replacing oil seals, HT bush, gasket including unserviceable coil, replacing of defective minor items, as and when required complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) Other Spares like oil, bushing etc will be measured under separate items of this BoQ under supply only. (ii) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of minor items such as gaskets, nuts and bolts. (iii) The quoted rates are inclusive of crane charges for lifting and re assembling from the structure.

Filtration and dehydration of transformer oil through steam line filters to achieve and withstand 40 KV dia electric strength for 1 minute with an air gap of 2.5mm including testing of oil before and after filtration all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only new transformer oil having not less than 60 KV die electric strength of 2.5 cm air gap for transformers all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Contractor shall submit the test result of transformer oil in duplicate to Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only silica gel in silica gel container (breather) suitable for existing transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only LT bushing complete with brass stud, washers nuts etc complete as per sample obtained from existing transformer.

Supply only HT bushing complete with brass stud, washers nuts complete as per sample obtained from existing transformer.

Material and labour for painting of transformer of capacity 250 KVA outside of body completely including cleaning the body scrubbing thoroughly and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over one coat of red oxide primer of existing shade of paint to transformer all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying cables / poles foundation / stay assembly and getting out sof/loose/hard/dense soil all as directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

Supply and spread dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning all as specified on both top and bottom of cable including ramming all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Punned thickness will be considered for measurement purposes.

Supply and lay burnt brick sub class 'B' of standard size best locally available laid in trenches for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 185 sq.mm complete all as directed. NOTE :- (a) The rate is inclusive of testing of cable at site after laying of cables in trenches. (b) The cable may be laid manually and no other means shall be permitted.

Material and labour XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm complete all as directed. NOTE :- (a) The rate is inclusive of testing of cable at site after laying of cables in trenches. (b) The cable may be laid manually and no other means shall be permitted.

Cutting of road/ PCC for laying of UG cables upto a length of 3 m complete further laying of cables through GI pipe and filling with PCC and making the surface smooth with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of GI pipe of upto 100 mm bore (b) The depth of the cable after laid to be in the same plane as that of the connected earth work (c) The sides of the GI pipe is required to be sealed properly to avoid moisture

Material and labour for detecting HT fault upto 11 KV through cable fault locator, finding the fault and excavating the earth at that particular location, removing the existing cable & preparing for fixing new cable joints and re laying of cables in the original position and return filling the earth work to make the surface smooth in accordance with surroundings NOTE :- (a) Necessary labour for the earth work upto 10 m along the cable is deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (b) Necessary HT Joints will be measured under separate item. (c) Contractor has to commence the job within 3 hrs from the job card he has received. On failing which double the quoted rate will be recovered by the Accepting officer. (d) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the hiring of cable fault locator

Supply and fix HT Cable Route indicator made up of MS sections with dimensions upto 100 mm dia (approx) and embedded letters "11 KV HT MES" of all as per specified and as directed.

Supply and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseeding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and as directed.
