Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.(i) By Manual Means

Labour for removal of soil/ mud etc.deposited on the road surface and side berms by track carriage within the distance of 5.00 km after dressing, cleaning the road surface and dumping the soil etc. for disposal from the road surface including loading and unloading both end with necessary sweeping etc. complted as directed.

Construction of pandel made with bhaluka bamboo post 100 mm to 150 mm dia and sal bali post of various length from eve point to ridge point driven atleast 90 cm for soil boil post & 75 cm for bhaluka bamboo post on the ground with jati bamboo roof base as per drawing tied with coir rope including jati bamboo brasing alternative, post sal timber bali post one to be provided in two middle rows at 4.55 m apart and bhaluka bamboo post in other at 3.00 apart.The jati bamboo rafter should be fixed at ground at ground as directed and specified and dismantling the pandel after the function within three days.(The bamboo & coir rope etc.will be contractor's property) work to be executed as directed by the Department.Pandel made with bhaluka bamboo post with eve heigth 4.20 m & ridge heigth 13.70 m.

Fitting & Fixing PVC fire resistant tarpolin over the bamboo roof truss frame and plastic rope netting and tying the tarpolin with plastic rope with the frame including carriage of materils at site and removing the same after the function as directed and specified (All the materials are contractor's property)

Hiring and installation of kutshi design cloth decoration in ceiling of the pandel and side decoration of the pandel with kutchi design cloth both side and outside and removing the same after the function as directed and specified (All the materials are contractor's property)

Hiring and installation of red carpet & grass carpet for pandel and back staage & public seating area ie entire hanger area.

Providing temporary bamboo barricade for protection purpose with bamboo post of height 2.0 m above the footpath at an interval of 1.5 mm C/C fixinf of bottom support having 2.0m length at an interval of 1.5m C/C tied with jati bamboo horizontally in 3 rows at an interval of 0.90 m C/C with carriage of materials from the work site as and directed by the deptt.(after completion of the work contractor is allowed to collect and clearing the unserviceble bamboo from the site)

Construction of view cutter made of Tricolour cloth fixed with bamboo frame and wooden post etc. and removal of the same after the function as directed by the department.

Fillling in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.3.9 Sand filling

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.
