Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor / paving not exceeding 15Cm thick below or above GL unreinforced complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concreate type D-2 ,1 : 4 : 8 (using 40 mm, graded stone aggregate ) 75 mm thick laying in floor / paving complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor Machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver blocks of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658- 2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment with glossy finish and including removing the existing paver blocks complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for repairs to potholes any depth, not exc 1sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying and picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm, exc 50 mm deep and not exc100mm deep complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen of VG-30 grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with pressure sprayer over existing black top surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (BM) (consolidated thickness 50mm or less) with 4% binder content (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled mechanical paver, duly rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller and vibrating roller etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements: (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. approved Lab and the same shall be got approved from the GE before providing BM. (ii) In case of variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted @ Rs.32 per Kg

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen of VG-30 grade @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm with pressure sprayer over unsurfaced WBM etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen of VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled mechanical paver, the surfaces rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller and tandem vibrating roller etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements: (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. approved Lab and the same shall be got approved from the GE before providing SDAC. (ii) In case of variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted @ Rs.32 per Kg .

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour including combination of retro-reflective glass beads 250-300 gm/ Sqm confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed., complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

S&F in replacement convex mirror made of polycarbonate of size 80cm dia (Make : Sun eyes Cat No SE-207 or equivalent as approved by the GE) complete including MS pipe, medium grade, 32 mm bore, 2.00metre high (duly painting of external steel surfaces with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over 1 coat of red oxide primer) with suitable fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, washers etc and inserted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) block of size 300mm x 300mm x 500mm with necessary excavation and disposal of soil as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 0x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
