Hanging of XLPE 3x70/120 sq mm cable at existing & Newly Constructed 9/11 Mtr. Long PCC/STP/Rail pole with the help of stay set clamp and stay wire. (Stay clamp with nuts & bolt provided by contractor)

Laying of 11 kV 3x70/120 sq. mm XLPE cable in by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm wide including supply of required material, Ist class bricks, stone pad. The cable shall be laid between two continuous rows of bricks River sand packing on all side of cables shall be done. The stone slab shall be laid on top of rows of the bricks parallel to the ground in such manner so that channels are formed covered in either direction.

Laying of 11 KV 3x70/120 sq mm XLPE cable by HDD Machine Drill method with HDPE Pipe. The cable shall be laid below not less than the depth of 1050 mm from the surface of road (HDPE pipe 4 inch with clamp provided by the contractor)

Erection & grouting of stay Rod with Cement, Sand and Bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fastening the stay wire with pole and stay rod nuzzling.

Trimming of Tree Branches.

Fixing H.S. type 11 KV 3X70 sqmm O/D, I/D cable joints & end terminations (all material provided by the contractor)

Installation & commissioning of T/F 250/400 KVA along with HT/LT connections including DO, 11 KV TPMO set Complete in all respect at DP. (All materials like as DO, 11 KV TPMO, Clamp, Nuts & Bolts etc. will be provided by the contractor at his own cost. Only T/F will be provided by the Department.)

Installation & commissioning of 25/63/100/160 KVA T/F along with HT/LT connections including DO, GO & 11 KV TPMO set Complete in all respect At DP. (All materials like as DO, 11 KV TPMO, Clamp, Nuts & Bolts etc. will be provided by the contractor at his own cost. Only T/F will be provided by the Department.)

Chemical pipe Earthing of Transformer body and neutral as per RESSPO Norms (All required materials will be provided by the contractor at his own cost.)

Installation, grouting and commissioning of L.T. tailless unit 1 no 500 amp and 3 no 300amp for each transformer with cubical Box/Distribution Box 400 Amp at Land/DP complete in all respect for 250/400 KVA T/F. (All required materials will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)

Installation and commissioning of Distribution Box 200 Amp at DP complete in all respect for 25/63/100/160 KVA T/F. (All required materials will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)

Earthing of L.T. Cubical box/Distribution Box by M.S. earthling rod and connecting it with G.I. Strips of size 35x6 mm with clamp for neutral & L.T. cubical box body. (Only M.S. Earthing rod will be provided by the Department and all other required materials will be provided by the contractor at his own cost.)

Laying of 3.5x400/3.5x240/3.5x70/3.5x35/3.5x25sqmm L.T. cable from T/F to L.T. Cubicle Box and from LT Cubical Box to LT Line with proper lugging and tagging with the help of copper Z/L Clamp. (Only L.T. Cable will be provided by the Department and all other required materials will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)

Laying of 1x630/ 1x400/1x240 sqmm /1x70 sqmm L.T. cable from T/F to L.T. Cubicle Box and from LT Cubical Box to LT Line with proper lugging and tagging with the help of copper Z/L Clamp. (Only L.T. Cable will be provided by the Department and all other required materials like as Alu. Lug, Z/L Clamps etc. will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost as per site requirement.)

Hanging of 3x120+1x95+1x16/3x95+1x70+1x16 sqmm LT ABC on already existing/erected pole complete in all respect. (all required material for hanging of AB cable like dead end clamp, piercing connecter, suspension clamp with i-hook ,LT DB box and others required materials will be provided by the contractor as per site requirement, only LT AB cable will be provided by the department)

Stringing of ACSR Dog/Weasel conductor for neutral wire for LT ABC to be replaced / installed

Construction of 11/0.4 KV Transformer plinth as per drawing attach.

Providing and fixing of welded wiremesh fencing, around transformer plinth having one locking arrangement, Fencing should be provided by grouting MS angle 40x40x5 mm. length of 2 m. on all the sides as per standard practice and design as per RESSPO. The painting of fencing should be done by good quality aluminum paint with two coats after rubbing and cleaning and providing one coat red oxide primer. The fencing should be 2 mtr. above ground level. The rate should be inclusive of all materials required for completion of above work.

Stringing of ACSR Dog/Weasel conductor at newly/all ready existing pole for 11 KV line for fixing of all required accessories like as 11 KV X-Arms, F-Bracket, 11 KV T-Off channel/side bracket, 11 KV pin with insulator, 11 KV Disc with fitting, Nuts & Bolt etc) (All required material except ACSR Dog/Weasel conductor will be provided by contractor)
