Management of help desk and reserve lounge at pune airport

Providing and fixing in position Commercial Counter of size 1800x 1370 x 2290 mm as per approved drawings , made of 18 mm thick (BWP) marine plywood (Greenlam/merino/century/Kitply or equivalent) with complete exterior finish surface of 12 mm thick solid acrylic polymer of approved shade/colour (Corian/Hanex/Neonnex or equivalent) & 6 mm thick solid acrylic of same brand/make of approved shade/colour on inside surface finish of drawer and interior finish with 1 mm thick laminate of approved shade/colour (Greenlam/merino/century/Kitply or equivalent) with all necessary frames works ,stainless steel screws, SS hinges,telescopic channels for drawers, SS handles ,locks,bottom supports including necessary cutouts,buffers ,wire manager etc all complete as per drawing and direction of engineer in charge.The complete work includes prepration of frame work , fixing of solid acrylic with necessary bending/moulding of edges wherever required ,fixing of laminate , drawers, shutters, priming and painting of unexposed area with all necessary hardware and placing in position of complete counter inluding all taxes etc, Complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engg-In-Charge.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group C

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required. 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 3 x 2.5 sq. mm

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 3 x 4 sq. mm

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Wiring for group controlled (looped) light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point (without independent switch etc.) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit, and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group C

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) 6 way , Double door

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer ) as required . (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.) 8 way (4 + 24), Double door

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Single pole

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 63 A

Supply & Laying of XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed following size aluminium conductor , armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS- 7098 ( Part-I) with up to date ammendements etc. complete as required. 4 core x 25 sqmm

Supply and making end termination with brass single compression gland including providing and crimping of aluminium solderless lugs / ferrules for XLPE armoured power aluminium conductor cable 1.1 KV grade of following sizes:- 4 x 25 sq.mm

SITC of 18/20 Watt recess mounted LED type round shape downlighter light fitting , suitable for indoor application having minimum lumen output 1440 lumen and made out of anodized aluminium body and heat sink, mounting clamps complete with LEDs driver, surge protection system and compliance with LM 80 & LM 79 suitable for fitting in existing cutout dia etc. complete as required.

SITC of 12 Watt recess mounted LED type round shape warm white focus light fitting , suitable for indoor application having minimum lumen output 960 lumen and made out of anodized aluminium body and heat sink, mounting clamps complete with LEDs driver, surge protection system and compliance with LM 80 & LM 79 suitable for fitting in existing cutout dia etc. complete as required.
