MISC PETTY B/R REPAIR WORKS PERTAINING TO DAILY MAINT SERVICES OF NCO ACADEMY AT DHANA MIL STN.

Supply & fixing in repair 0.56 mm dia Mild steel wire cloth with average width of aperature 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples, beads or in steel windows complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only and repair to existing wire cloth such as tightening, nailing etc complete in the existing shutters all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc, if disconnecting existing tank setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs & cleaning and reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed for following size: (a) exc 250 and n.exc 500 ltrs.

(b) exc 500 and n.exc 1000 ltrs.

Material & labour for filling of joints for tiles/WC & WHB corner with white cement area n exc 2 sqm each all as specified and directed.

Repairs the leakage in the existing 15 mm bore pipe line by providing elbow/union/socket/tank nipple/nipple upto 200 mm all as directed.

Repairs the leakage in the existing 20 mm bore pipe line by providing elbow/union/socket/tank nipple/nipple upto 200 mm all as directed.

Repairs to leakage in floors of WC / Bathroom / Kitchen by breaking of existing floor and providing new PVC floor trap and grating and making good as per existing floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair 300 mm, mild steel ordinary rat tail rod pattern spring including roller and roller plate complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing for 300mm long aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
