Zinc Aluminium steel storage tank: -Designing , constructing/ fixing, testing & commissioning of Zinc Aluminium steel storage tank on ground conforming to IS: 15961 and IS: 804 as per capacity given below at various stages/sites having minimum slope of 45 degree roof of zinc aluminium including all fittings including liner , heavy duty conforming to IS : 10146-up to latest ammendments cage ladder GI., Nylon rope and aluminium step ladder,access hatch on roof,inlet,outlet and overflow nozzles, and warranty of 10 years, including fixing of sluice valves on outlet pipe complete in all respect and including excavation in all kinds of strata, soil strata including dewatering and site development , foundation, walls, bottom slab in M-30 and all alied civil works including site development cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils. . The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness as per standard guidelines of relevant IS codes. Battery limit shall be considered as 3.00metre from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid in this account. The work shall include supplying of 5 sets of structural designs and drawings duly compiled owing to BIS design guidelines and got vetted from NIT Hamirpur/PEC/IIT Delhi /IIT Roorkee and final approved from competent authority.(Note:- Refer Data sheet 1 & Technical specifications).

RCC Sedimentation tanks:-Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning RCC Sedimentation tanks including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil including dewatering, with 1:3:6 concrete in foundation and M-30 in walls and bottom slab, formwork, tor steel reinforcement, plinth protection, RCC smooth finishing in 1:3 and finishing walls with water proofing cement paint in the tank. The job also includes providing, laying and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet and scour pipe, proper manifiold at outlet including all fittings consisting of GI/MS pipes special, valves of required classes and dia including a chamber and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, a proper walk way for Inspection/operation of various units. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness with all works shall be conforming to relevant IS codes. The cost of valves and other accessories shall be included in the rates of tanks. The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The work shall include supplying of Five sets of structural design after testing the bearing capcity of soil and drawings, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge as per relevent data sheet and scope of work. Slow sand filter Bed :- Design Construction Testing and Commissioning of Water Purification Treatment Unit in the Shape of Slow Sand Filter of Circular Shape including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic level as per contour plan and structural requirement, cost of consruction of civil works, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipe and scouring arrangements from all units with disposal of same to appropriate place i.e nearby Nallah/Khad/Natural Drainage, vlave, fiting and all other contigent works capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in chapter 1 of CPHEEO Manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. The Treatment plant includes construction of RCC Mix M-30 Slow Sand Filter. The design of various units shall confirm to the relevant BIS Codes. Excavation in foundation, trenches (for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.( Note:- Refer Data Sheet No. 4 & Technical specifications)
