S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged in to spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed, balusters, walk ways, railing, framework of water tanks and similar work such as framed chajjah/sunshade conforming to Fe.290. Gde- E-165 and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Chemical anchor bolt fastner made of carbon steel for industrial size 12mm dia and 150mm long manufactured as per IS code inserting into existing wall at height G to G+3 of brick/stone/ concrete by drilling mechanically and tightening with chemical/ cement paste as per manufacture, making good disturbed surface in cement plaster CM 1:3 and cleaning and removing dirt material and touching with cement based paint/grit (as to match existing finish) to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge Note: Rate is included chajjah to be hoisted on external wall at height for GF, FF, 2ndF, & 3rdF incl providing scaffolding, ladder, platform etc as per requirement and ensure safety norms complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, or fixed in steel frame with self tapping screws incl cutting, (factory cutting) bending, moulding to curvature and shape as per site requirement, incl bending or turning up, mitred angle etc, as required all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm witdh or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete at height for ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor & 3rd floor all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting chases, pining in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landing, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc. and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, to insert corrugated G.I sheet for sheet covering in sunshade/chajja etc, and making good, and to match with existing surface cutting exc 10 cm girth but n. exc 20 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.
