Supply and installation of the electric water storage heater of ABS body type, 25 ltr capacity with rated power 2KW, 5 star rated, vertical type, thermally insulated mild steel tank with glass line coating inside the tank alongwith glass lined incoloy heating element with anti corrosive magnesium anode, NRV, thermostat, indicators and temperature adjustable knob including steel braided flexible connection for pipe of size 15mm bore with GI hexagonal adopters/nuts on both sides for inlet (cold water supply) & outlet (hot water supply) and including provision of wall mounting arrangements and mounting on wall with suitable size of anchor bolts with complete connection of water including testing after installation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub Main Wiring with two Run of single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistrand FRLS flexible copper conductor cable of size 2x2.5 sqmm and one PVC insulated multistrand unsheathed FRLS flexible copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm (green colour) as earthing lead connecting to main earthing dolly drawn in and including non metallic PVC concealed rigid conduit 20mm dia complete and making good to disturbed surface complete of wall/floor with cement mortar and finishes to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Two run of submain wire (phase and neutral) and one run of earth wire including PVC conduit and accessories will be measured as one run.

S&F fancy type CP stop cock/angle valve heavy duty cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure ,with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union of 15 mm bore complete all as specified & directed

S&F 15mm dia fancy type CP Bib taps heavy duty, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20 amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) in the existing MCB DB including connection with suitable size of copper thimbles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 20 AMP, in the MCB DB including connection with suitable size of copper thimbles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 5A/16A, 5 in 1 switch socket combination including flushing in wall MS terminal sunken box of adequate size having thickness not less than 1.2mm and hylam sheet 3mm thick fixed with brass screw and washers including making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting including screwing existing steel tubing for alteration or addition including tee/nipple upto 25-32mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 2,490.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
