Providing, detailing, fabricating and fixing at desired location using hot rolled sections and MS Plates of grade Fe250 as per specifications and approved fabrication drawngs (which are to be prepared by Contractor and got approved from Engineer), transporting to site and erecting structural steel members for all heights & at all levels including provision of necessary erection bolts, fixing bolts, nuts, washers, cleats, stiffeners, gussets, baseplate ,and all necessary fixtures and operations like pre heating as per specifications, straightening, bending, cutting, drilling, grinding, machining if specified, welding, grinding and removing the welding burr and preparing surface for painting with wire brush cleaning and applying two coats of epoxy red oxide zinc phospate primer of 30 microns each and two coats of Epoxy Corrosion Resistant Enamel paint of 30 microns after fabrication including touching up with spray painting after erection, if required etc complete as directed by Engineer In Charge. Providing and fixing single skin trapezoidal profiled sheeting 930 -1020mm cover width 28-32 mm crests depth at 186-250 c/c ( above 195 mm c/c crest distance there will be minimum 2 ribs at the centre for stiffening). The feed material shall be manufactured from AZ 150 (min. 150 gms/sq.mt total on both sides) Zincalume / Galvalume sheets of minimum yield strength of 550 MPa, 0.45 mm BMT, ( 0.5 mm TCT excluding paint coating thickness), metallic hot dip coated with Al-Zn alloy (55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% Si ) as per AS 1397 /IS15961 & painted with Super Durable Polyester Colorbond steel XRW or equivalent quality paint system of apporved color, suitable for exterior application conforming to AS/NZS 2728:2007 type-4 / IS15965:class3 of approved make. The sheet shall have a total coating thickness of 35 microns, super durable polyester paint system of 20 microns on exposed surface and 5 micron reverse polyester coat on back surface over 5 micron primer coat on both surfaces. The paint system shall have stable inorganic pigments for color durability. The product will be fastened using no.12-14x55 mm (or as per design requirement), mechanically coated with 25 micron Zn-Sn alloy or hot dipped zinc coated with min 40 micron hex self-drilling fasteners with EPDM washer of approved make confirms to AS3566:2002 class 3. The fastener shall be fixed on every crest of sheets for connecting with purlins. Providing and fixing G.I. crimped wire mesh of required openings of size 25 mm x25 mm or of any size with main and cross wires of 10 gauge approved type as per manufacture’s specifications with necessary fittings including painting with one coat of one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of approved synthetic enamal paint etc. complete as directed by Engineer In Charge. Design, Fabrication & Installation of 4 mm thick exterior grade PVDF coated aluminium composite panels of ALUCOBOND having 0.5 mm thick aluminium PVDF coated sheet available in standard colours + 3 mm core material + 0.5 mm aluminium sheet chemically treated ( back sheet ) bent as per requirement, fitted on anodised aluminium necessary coated rectangular grid work, hardware, fixtures,brackets, anchor, fasteners of S.S. 304 grade etc. complete duly sealed with weathering silicon manufactured by DOW corning / G.E. silicon for circular columns and curved beams etc complete. All section for supporting ACP shall be of size 50 x 50 x 2.5 mm at a distance of 1.2 m Horizontally & Vertically or as per requirement of the design shop drawing has to be submitted by the contractor for the approval of RCF & structural Engineer.

Prividing & fixing 4 mm thick PVDF coated aluminium composite panels of ALUCOBOND having 0.5 mm thick aluminium PVDF coated sheet available in standard colours + 3 mm core material + 0.5 mm aluminium sheet chemically treated ( back sheet ) cut, bent as per requirement & fixed as directed by EIC. The panels are to be fixed along vertical, horizontal or inclined surface or as dirtected by EIC. The item includes necessary screwing (if required), leveling of the surface over which the sheet is to be fixed. Ovelap of sheet shall not be paid. clear measurement shall be paid.

Providing & fixing Tensile Parking Structure by roofing material of tensile fabric "SERGE FERRARI" or equivalent make of 950 GSM with 15-years warranty. The rate includes; 1. Raw material, design with calculation, supply, fabrication and installation with GI nut & Bolts including lifts up to all heights , tools, plates and necessary hardwere etc. 2. Material of all structural steel members will be CHS confirming to IS 1161 / 1239 / 4239 of min 240 YST. 3. Built up members will be made from plates marked with IS2062. YST 240/350 as per design. 4. All nut bolts will be 4.8/8.8 gr. Z 5. Make of Structural steel member ERW pipes & ISI mark plates: Jindal / TATA / Sail. 5. Structural members coating treatment- Steel surface preperation, Zinc primer, Duco spray paint 6. Structural stability of Constructed structure to be provided by the party . 7. Measurement shall be of fabric surface area.
