Excavation mechanically (using excavators like JCB /Poclain/with bucket) in all types of soil, including all type of debris, murrum, soft rock for foundations, wall, columns, plinth beams, basement, raft, ducts, trenches, underground sumps, septic tanks, soak well including shoring and strutting, bailing out water/pumping off water if required, removing and stacking or Disposing simultaneously the excavated soil anywhere outside ACTREC Campus and/or spreading soils in layers for site development. All complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in charge. upto 3 m Depth.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M20 grade plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, including the cost of centering, scaffolding, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineerin-charge. (M15 grade at all locations)

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to matc the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). All types of pigments and colours as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm (design of mesh as per the instruction of engineer in charge). including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. :Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade. Fixing to post with bolting and welding as per the instruction of Engineer in charge.

Structural Steel work including MS Post and frame for partition, doors and Post: Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer & paint of approved colour, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. :25 mm nominal dia Pipes

Providing and fixing brass ball valve with all fixtures as per the instruction of Engineer in charge. - 25mm dia

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - Work at all level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) - Pedestals, pit edges, podium and enclosure for landscaping plants.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete at all levels Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Preparation of Lawn and landscaping for planting on ground: Transporting and disposing of bad soil and debris in to a suitable place out of the center at this own cost. Filling the excavated areas by red soil (including the cost of red garden soil) for desire level, spreading of red garden soil to the required thickness .All over the area, mixing, rough dressing of area, spreading of 5cm thick layer of manure (including the cost of manure) and mixing properly with soil consolidation with water, fine dressing with preparation of beds by maintaining proper level and slope.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge). This is including 2 coat primer and 2 coat external painting work for the kerb stone with approved colour.

CONCRETE BREAKING: Breaking of the existing concrete/brickwork by chiselling at all level including scaffolding and staging and the work shall be carried out so as to cause minimum inconvenience to hospital activity including cost of all material, labour, tools etc. carting away the debris out of hospital premises all complete as specified and directed. Rates also includes core cutting in concrete

Compaction of the available earth work under optimum moisture conditions to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density (proctor density) in layers of 200mm by using water to achieve optimum moisture content and Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. The ground to be levelled as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.8 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² with coloring all complete as per the instruction of engineer in charge

Providing and fixing M30 grade RCC pre-cast concrete benches with hand rest including foundation work for the benches at site. Each bench should have L-shaped sturdy support with minimum dimension of 80mm * 450mm* 890mm and base width of 690mm. The dimension of the RCC Plank including for back support shall be 1500mm* 425mm*50mm. This is including plastering work and painting work (2 coats primer and 2 coats paint) of approved colour and instruction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing chain type guard railing with designer metal post at 1 to 2m interval (as per the instruction) with ACTREC embossing on the post. All metal surface to be coated with anti-corrosive material and then enamel painting shall be done of approved colour. The post shall be firmly fixed to the ground with base plate embedded in concrete with concealed fixing of post. The railing shall be welded to the post all complete as per the instruction of Engineer in charge and as per the image provided in the tender.

MS heavy duty openable grill cover fabrication with embossing of "ACTREC" over the drain with primer and painting as per the instruction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality :Rectangular shape 600x450 mm internal dimensions with painting of approved shade as per the instruction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : 300 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. Manual/Automatic application of numbers and circle shall also be taken in this scope of work.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2 mm thick alumimium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized alumimium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).
