Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth, for foundations etc or manholes, cesspits, pipes and cables etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers of soft / loose soil not exceeding 25cm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B–1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains etc including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, seismic and other similar bands, benching, coping, bed blocks, apex stones and kerbs etc including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone crushed stone aggregate set in C:M 1:6 as in landings, cover slabs & chajjas, water troughs, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L precast cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured separately) set in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M & L precast cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured separately) set in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Brick work, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 except bricks all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. (Note : Serviceable bricks retrieved from dismantling of brick work will be used.)

M & L brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in brick-on-edge walls (less than ½ brick thick), built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Brick work with old size burnt fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S & F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at cross with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. (Each line to be measured separately)

M & L running welding in repairs to not exceeding 6mm thickness of matels to be welded all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Taking down cement plaster/ terrazo finish on brick wall including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L three coats of white wash including preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L applying two coat of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge

M & L preparation of old painted surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on bricks, stone, concrete, asbestos, cement plaster surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in floors / pavings, (below or above ground level) and of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in floors / pavings, (below or above ground level) and of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Dismantling Trellis work (Jafri) / RCC jallies, any description, fixed in any position all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
