Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing inposition and binding all complete above plinth level

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows andother frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or withdash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fastenersshall be paid for separately):Second class kail wood

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelledand glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area ofopening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to bemeasured). Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand andmanufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) overand including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufactureto give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work over an under coat ofsuitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.
