Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30m. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m. from the foundation trenches.

Cement concrete with 4 cm. gauge approved stone ballast approve coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 1:4:8 in foundation including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

M-150 Brick work in 1:6 (one cement & six fine sand) (1.25 F.M.) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work.

Concrete with 4 cm gauge brick ballast fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundations and under floors supply of all materials, labour & tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. Gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in T. Beam, Slab Roof and R.C.C. Column excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid.

2 cm thick cement plaster plaster in dado or skirting in 1:2 consisting of one part of cement and 2 parts of approved coarse sand laid in panels, finished with 3 mm floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work .

12 mm thick plaster on walls cost of 1:6 cement and fine sand mortar (1 cement : 6 fine sand) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work .

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement mortar in proportion recommended by manufactures. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work .

Earth work in cutting in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the from of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 mtr. In depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slop and also including 1.5 meter lift and 30 meter lead the earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil bank with in 30 better distance as directed by Engineer in charge. 2.5 mm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm graded approved stone grit, laid in panels finished with 3 mm floating coat of neat cement of cement and marble dust in ration of 5:1 as specified over and including 8cm thick base concrete consisting of cement fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus and brick ballast 4 cm gauge in the proportion of 1:4;8 and removing any overtopping mortar at the joints of the panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labor and T & P etc. required for completion of the work.
