Dismentalling and Removing of RCC column , beam , slab , stair case, landing, lintel including stacking the use fulll materials for reuse and removing the debries withi lead 50 m.

Dismantling and removing brick or stone masonry up to 3m height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and ramming the debris with in 50m lead etc with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches and column foundation trenches and column foundation and pits in all kinds of soil within an initial lift of 1.5m. Including dressing the sides and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the site within an initial lead of 50m including cost of all labour, sundries, tools and plants etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge as per approved specification.

Providing filling foundation and plinth with sandy soil well watered and rammed within 5 km initial lead including rough dressing and levelling the bed including cost of all materials, labour, sundries, T&P ,all taxes, royalties, loading and unloading etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge as per approved specification.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 Nominal grade mix using portland slag cement in foundation and bottom layers of flooring and below pile cap etc. using 40 mm size downgraded hard crusher broken granite aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including weigh-batching. Mixing in appropriate mechanical mixers, lowering, laying and compacting to proper level including curing and cost of all materials with all taxes and royalties loading and unloading conveyance, labour, sundries and T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge as per approved specification,

Brick work with Flyash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) with portland slag cement (PSC) immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hours in water before use with necessary projections, splays, cutting, circular moulding, corbelling etc. including cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties, loading and unloading of all materials and all labour for scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries, T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge as per approved specification.

Fly Ash Brick (25cm.x12cm.x8cm.in size) masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in super structure with all cost , carriage, royality, taxes, and all labour involved for completion of item of work as per the direction of EIC. Ground Floor

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying RCC of M25 grade design mix using portland slag cement as per IS:455 as per the drawing with 20mm aggregate (downgraded conforming to IS: 383) of hard crusher broken granite aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including weigh batching, mixing in approved mechanical concrete mixers and compacting to proper shape and size level and plumbs and finishing the exposed surface smooth, scaffolding watering and curing for the required period as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials with taxes royalities, transportation, loading and unloading, all labour sundries T&P etc. including cost of material and labour and centering, shuttering etc complete including providing strong rigid and levelled Steel centering and shuttering to required shape and size for all kinds of RCC works mentioned in different items with approved centering and shuttering materials with all necessary bracing ties and supports with level centering covered with bituminous paper including provision of necessary holes and pockets electrical conduct pipe, PH pipes fan hooks or boxes, switch and board insert plates, clamps and extension bars etc. as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and dismantling and removing after the required time from the date of casting, including cost of all materials with transportation, taxes, loading and unloading etc. and all labour, sundries, T&P scaffolding etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge as per approved specification For finished item of the works excluding reinforcement..
