Disconnection of electric connections from DG set of any description and in any position, for servicing, taking out & removing unserviceable/defective parts/spares, cleaning, servicing, de-scaling of water jackets, oiling and greasing of necessary parts, refixing the serviceable parts in position after servicing, replacement of unserviceable parts including draining-out of existing engine oil and filling new engine oil of same grade and filters, refixing of all accessories , make funtional and testing on full load complete all as directed for following capacity of DG sets. Note. (i) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of Sch `A’ / BOQ as `Supply only ‘ to the extent covered under the respective supply only items here-in- after but quoted rates are inclusive of replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts, small springs, `O’ rings, screws/gaskets/ packing /studs etc. (ii) Engine oil shall be drained out carefully, collected by the contractor in his own suitable containers and stored properly for checking serviceability including cleaning of oil sump by pouring kerosene oil all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Fresh engine oil replaced for DG sets shall be supplied by the contractor as “ Supply only” and shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch ‘A’ . However, cost of filling is deemed to be included under the rates quoted by the contractor for above item. (iv) All servicing of DG set shall be done by reputed staff of OEM. Servicing & test report shall be submitted after each service/ maintenance .

Disconnection of electric connections from trolly mounted diesel engine driven fire pump of capacity 36.8 KW, 3 Phase of any description and in any position, decoupling the engine from alternator unit for servicing, taking out & removing unserviceable/defective parts/spares, cleaning, servicing, de-scaling of water jackets, oiling and greasing of necessary parts, refixing the serviceable parts in position after servicing, replacement of unserviceable parts including draining-out of existing engine oil and filling new engine oil of same grade and filters, refixing of all accessories , make funtional and testing on full load complete all as directed at site. Supply and applying Petrolium Jelly (01 Kg plastic sealed container) complete all as specified and as directed.

Checking/servicing of DG Set battery 12 volt,90/100/180AH cleaning of battery terminals by hot water and applying petrolium jelly over battery terminals, water level checking including topping up with distilled water complete all as specified and directed. Note - Battery terminal, battery cable and distilled water will be measured and paid separatly)

S&F for Battery leads of PVC insulated, multistranded, copper conductor of suitable size not less than 10 sqmm of approx 1 mtr long ach duly fixed with brass clamps, copper lugs suitable for DG set batteries installed at different locations complete including removal of extg unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for battery teriminal brass clamps including removal of extg unserviceable one compete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only distilled water for topping up in lead acid batteries complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only electrolyte of suitable specific gravity for lead acid batteries in sealed container complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for fuel steel braided pipe with benjo bolts and washers etc of length 60 cm long including removal of extg unserviceable one compete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for canopy hinges for acoustic doors with suitable bolts and nuts of DG set including removal of extg unserviceable one compete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Repair/ overhauling of self starting / Exciter system of DG set including replacement of carbon brushes, bearings, bushes, rewinding of armature and field coil etc and varnishing of capacity 24 volts with necessary connections incluing testing and commissioing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Repair/ overhauling of self starting system of DG set including replacement of carbon brushes, bearings, bushes, rewinding of armature and field coil etc and varnishing of capacity 12 volts with necessary connections incluing testing and commissioing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down radiator assembly of DG set of any capacity from engine mounting by opening water hoses & nut bolt, Cleaning of radiator from inside and outside with anti rust solution, Checking the radiator by filling water and repairing for any leakage by brazing the radiator and ensure for no leakage, refixing the radiator at place including water hoses complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the fuel injection pump from engine block of DG set , connecting all fuel inlet and outlet lines, disconneting the drive for carrying out repairs/replacements inclunding calibration , re assembling of FIP and fixing back in position after repair / replacement of unserviceable parts for DG set of the following capacity to the entire satisfaction of Engr- in- charge. Note:- 1. Calibration of FIP complete shall be got done from manufacturer authorized dealer/workshop to entire satisfaction of Engineer - in -Charge. 2. Shifting and loading /unloading of FIP and transporting for repair in workshop at indore city from GE(AWC) area mhow is including in deemed rate.

Disconnecting / taking down unserviceable alternator armature from DG set , transport to civil workshop by civil vehicle opening the same and taking out by cutting burnt winding wire complete rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge, insulating material , warnishing finishing and connecting at its position, testing & commissioning of DG set upto 320 KVA capacity capacity to the entire satisfaction.

Taking down old turbo charger assembly from engine mounting by opening nut, bolt and transporting to civil workshop for repairing , cleaning and servicing from inside and outside with anti rust solution, checking the same and reparing for any leakage by brazing the turbo charger and ensure for no leakage. refixing the turbo charger at same place in DG set upto 320 KVAcapacity. Note:- Transportation cost included in unit quoted rate.

M & L for Engine complete overhauling of DG set capacity upto 500 KVA of Kirloskar/ Crompton Greaves or any equivalent makes by opening the top cover complete including dismatlling the engine head, cylinder liner and piston assembly, crankshaft assembly, radiater fan belt and radiator fan, gear assembly complete removing of engine side for repair/ replacement of parts i.e gasket, washer, 'O' ring all types etc including grinding polishing of crank shaft , head repairing and overhauling valve seat cutting and replacing, valve tapping, head assemble and testing of DG set after necessary repair with and authorised dealer fix at site reassembling of DG set and testing on full load upto entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge all as directed.

Material & labour for repair of compressure unit complete by taking out & removing unserviceable/defectiveparts/spares,cleaning,servicing ,overhauling and refixing the same making funtional ,testing as directed.

S&F Pressure cleaning gun T type PCG -06A having minimum water flow 2 Litre/hour suitable for bearing maximum pressure of 100 bar suitable for cleaning purpose and dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for repair of washing pump unit complete by taking out & removing unserviceable/defective parts/spares, cleaning, servicing ,overhauling and refixing the same making functional ,testing as directed.

Supply only cotton waste for daily use for cleaning the DG sets complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of Crane in any position, and taking out & removing unserviceable/defective parts/spares, cleaning, servicing, oiling and greasing of necessary parts, refixing the serviceable parts in position after servicing, replacement of unserviceable parts including filling gear oil of same grade including refixing of all accessories , make funtional and testing on load complete all as directed at site. M&L for taking down of existing serviceable DG set of capacity 125 KVA by disconnecting all electric & earthing connection from it's base & loading/ unloading and shifting through suitable hydraulic crane or by any suitable means from Beirchha S/S to GE(AWC) and mounted back onto the base and reconnect all disconnected Electrical & Earthing connection without damage including testing & commissioning complete all as directed Note:-1.All previously disconnected LT& Earthing connections shall be properly reconnected and terminated to restore the DG set to full operational condition complete. 2. Earthing & Base for DG set shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for loading/ unloading and shifting of EOT crane of capacity 2.04 Tonne including all connected parts like girders, long travel rail, GI shrouded busbar, hooks, motor etc from EME wksp mhow to GE AWC yard with the help of crane/hydra or by any suitable means complete without damage all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide & not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation ,laying of cable or pipe ( where provide for protection of cable or fixing poles and stay and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C 1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or pole coupling of size 300x300 mm or chamfered on edges all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete.

M&L Sand cushioning with locally available dry unwashed sand in trenches for protection of cables complete.all as specified and as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

S & F in replacement XLPE insulated and PVC armoured heavy duty electric cables with aluminum conductor, 1100 volt grade of size 50 sqmm,3.5 core in trenches/through pipes/ducts or on poles/walls jointing to O/H conductor, LT panels, main switch with suitable size aluminum lugs and testing complete all as specified & directed for the following sizes:- Note : (a) Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Sch 'A' / BOQ

S & F in replacement XLPE insulated and PVC armoured heavy duty electric cables with aluminum conductor, 1100 volt grade of size 120 sqmm,3.5 core in trenches/through pipes/ducts or on poles/walls jointing to O/H conductor, LT panels, main switch with suitable size aluminum lugs and testing complete all as specified & directed for the following sizes:- Note : (a) Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Sch 'A' /BOQ

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 Metre deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised strip 32 x 6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 03 of SSR Part I connected to earthing test point including excavation/ earth work in any type of strata, removal of surplus excavated material, GI pipe for watering and funnel, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 use 20 mm graded stone aggregate chamber including necessary formwork / mould for fair and even surfaces, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B0 use 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate chamber cover slab, GI funnel, with GI watering pipe 20 mm bore medium graded, wire mesh, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade for earth lead upto 7.50 metre long salt, charcoal including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) GI strip beyond 7.5 metre will be measured and paid sepeartely. (ii) Test report shall be prepared and submitted by the contractor in triplicate duly obtaining signatures of MES JE / AGE & user. (iii) The earth resistance should be less than 5 Ohm.

Repair and overhauling incl Dismantling/taking down all electrical and mechanical connection of twin lobe blowers model No (Make:- Everest) capacity ,pressure 0.37 kg/cm and servicing hole body, change gear oil/lubricant and V belt,overhauling of the same including refixing and testing complete all as specified and directed. Taking down Turbine motor of 7.5 HP/ 5 HP capacity from existing position for carring out repair works and re-assembling ,re-installing the pump set in original position for the following capacity. Note:-(i) Spare parts ,winding wire including in quoted rate. (ii) The T & P /vehicles will be arranged by the contractor and the cost deemed to bew included in the quoted rates .

Pumping out sewage water from sludge drying beds and disposing the same as directed and a distance exc 50 mtr and n exc 100 mtr (volum of water to be measured and paid) incl Hiring of pump set of required capacity complete all as specified and as directed . (for 250 KLD/100 KLD)

Dewatering the equalisation tank capacity 40000 Ltrs (Approx) with the help of mud pump and removal of complete sludge and cleaning inside, descaling with wire brush internal surface of tank and scraper unit floculator and washing fresh water two times with bleaching powder all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Make a temporary arragement of sewage disposal by existing adhoc pump to approx 100 mtrs far from STP. 2. Work is in running condition and the contractor is required to take necessary safety precautions and arrange safety mask, hand gloves etc 3. Arragement of mud pump set for dewatering at contractor's own expense. Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the above aspect.

M& L for dewatering with help of mud pump and Manning for cleaning of MBBR tanks of compartments of each 1.6m dia and height 6m size and removing all the settled solid sludge or any other type of material and disposing off to outside MD Land and as directed

M & L for dewatering with help of mud pump and Manning for cleaning of tube settler tank of size 3m x 2mx 3m height (approx) and removing all the settled deposited fungus or any other type of bio-fouling and all as directed

M&L for taking out carbon filter from ACF tank and replacing with fresh carbon/ anthracite chemically treated incl servicing and cleaning the filters complete all as directed Note :- (Media to be measured & paid seperately)

M&L for taking out sand bed from cylinderical DMF tank and replacing the same with chemically treated filter beds viz. pebbles, sand etc chemically treated. Note :-(Media to be measured & paid seperately)

Note 1 For Items 89 & 90 :- The comprehensive maintenance of STP would include the comprehensive maintenance of following parts (The rates quoted by contractor should demed to include these aspect. (xvii) DG set of capacity 40 KVA Note 2 For Ser Item Nos 89 and 90- The quoted rate of contractor shall also deemed to include the folloowing parameters & details etc. (i) Stacking the sludge cakes properly (ii) Cleaning the blockages in any pump/pipe line (iii) Supplying/distributing the treated water regularly as per the directions . (iv) Complete cleaning of grits and channels daily. (v) Brooms and cleaning materials will be arranged by the contractor (vi) During the cleaning safety equipments will be supplied/arranged by the contractor. (vii) Removing the algae/ sludge in the tube settler and keeping the surrounding area clean daily and removing vegetations etc failing which recovery of Rs. 200/- per day shall be made. (viii) Mixing of the chemicals as directed .

(B) Maintaining the following records :- (i) Record of chemical consumption (ii) Record of treated water and electricity consumption (log sheet) (iii) Record of DG set daily running (log sheet) (iv) Record of water meter reading (v) Log sheet for records shall be supplied by the contractor after approval of format by GE/Engineer-in-charge. (vi) Chemicals will be measured and paid for separately under respective items. (vii) Contractor shall ensure that treated sewage water shall confirm to the following characteristics:- (i) TSS : < 10 mg/litre (ii) BOD : < 10 mg/litre (iii) COD : < 150 Mg/litre (iv) Ph : 6.5 - 8.5 (v) Total Coliform : < 100 MPN/100 ml (desired nil) (vi) Residual CI < 1 mg/litre (C) The STP should be run 24 Hrs daily basis . The contractor should deploy are skilled experienced staff for maintenance and operation of STP for 24 Hrs .

Carrying samples for Testing of treated water of STP ,submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engineer-in-charge and testing in NABL approved laboratory as approved by GE. Details are as under :- (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500 of 1991 mandatory for chemicals, colour, odour, PH value, TSS, BOD, COD, Total residual chlorine, total Nitrogen, Sulphate, oil and grease , Ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total coliform organisms per 100 ml (MPN) and E colliie in 100 ml.

Testing of Sewage water as per relevant IS of STP , submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engineer-in-charge and testing in NABL approved laboratory as approved by GE Details are as under :- (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of sewage water as per revlevant IS mandatory for chemical, odour, PH Value, TSS, BOD,COD total nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total collifrom organisms and other charaterstics as per relevant IS of sewage water. Notes for Srl item No 91 & 92 :- Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for :- (i) Cost of sterilised bottle as required (ii) To and fro transportation charges for collection of sample
