Providing and applying 12mm thick plaster in cement mortar mix ratio CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) mixed with polypropylene fibers as per instruction of the approved manufacturer, to internal surfaces of concrete and masonry work; including raking out joints, hacking concrete surfaces and applying approved chemical bonding agent and applying a scratch coat over concrete surfaces by bonding / adhesive chemical coat as directed by approved manufacturer to create a key, cleaning / grooving deep junctions of concrete & masonry, grouting then back by mortar mixed with non shrinking compound along with packing of clean, fresh square cut aggregate; also providing and fixing 20 gauge GI chicken mesh @ 150 mm wide to junctions of concrete and masonry, preparing jambs, sills, grooves, pattas, wattas, rounding of corners, any circular works, ramps etc. all complete as per architectural drawings, specifications and finished smooth with wooden rundha etc. or as specified by the Engineer incharge at all leads, depth and lifts, doing independent double-legged scaffolding, cleaning of surfaces, curing, etc. complete as per specification and to the approval of the Engineer incharge.
Providing, preparing and plastering readymade proprietary Gypsum plaster to internal walls and ceilings average 13mm thick using Gyproc (universal) Elite plaster, wall surfaces of concrete, masonry work, including plaster mesh reinforcement of approved make and quality wherever required at junctions of masonry and concrete, doing jambs, sills, all types of groove as shown in the drawing, wattas, rounding of corners etc. all complete as per architectural drawing, specification and directed by Engineer incharge, at all lift, lead and depth, doing independent double legged scaffolding, making gypsum plaster mix as per approved manufacturer’s instruction, applying high grade polymer based bonding agent (Gyproc Bond IT) mixed with approved quality sand on RCC surfaces etc. complete as per manufacturer's specifications and approved by Engineer incharge. Plastering shall be to correct line, levels and plumb including curing, cleaning etc. complete to entire satisfaction of Engineer incharge.
Do as per above item but to walls / ceilings of ducts and inside the boxing masonry including adding approved waterproofing compound 2% by weight of cement or as directed by the Engineer incharge to his entire satisfaction. (Ducts)
Providing and applying minimum 25mm thick double coat cement sand plaster; first coat to be 15mm thick cement sand mortar of mix ratio CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) including adding 2% by weight of cement approved waterproofing compound and polypropylene fibers as per recommendations of approved manufacturer, second coat to be 10mm thick in cement sand mortar of mix ratio CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) including adding polypropylene fibers as per recommendations of approved manufacturer, finished sand face or as required to receive specified architectural external finish to correct line, plumb and level to external faces of walls, soffits/ceiling if any, including hacking concrete surfaces then applying chemical adhesive coating and a scratch/dash coat as a positive bond, curing the same, racking out junctions of masonry and concrete, then pointing and grouting using non-shrinking compound, joints grouted by pressing square crushed stone, further providing 150mm wide 20 gauge GI chicken mesh at junctions of concrete and masonry work, doing independent double legged scaffolding etc. Item also include plastering to preparing and finishing window sills, RCC cornices, making wattas, drip-moulds, pattas, grooves etc., doing curing, cleaning etc. all complete to the approval of the Engineer incharge.
Supplying, laying and fixing of std. chicken wire mesh IRCS-6(6 x 6 x 6/6) in positions at junctions of concrete & masonry works etc. all complete as per specification, drawing and instructions of engineer in charge. ( FOR RCC AND WALL EXTERNAL JUNCTION AREAS )
Chemical waterproofing to Toilet & Sunk area. Designing, providing and laying proprietary chemical water proofing system consisting of polymer modified acrylic base composite coating (of one part or two part component) as approved by the Engineer incharge and as recommended by the approved manufacturer of waterproofing coating, sandwiched fibre mesh and protective screed. The work shall include cleaning of surface, grouting porous surfaces including making ‘V’ grooves at junctions, cracks etc. Further including horizontal surface protected with 20mm screeding in 1:4 mortar (1 cement : 4 M sand) and vertical surface (wall) plastered with cement, sand mortar in ratio 1:4 (1 cement : 4 M sand), finished in ready to receive Architectural finish, in correct line, level and plumb, curing, grouting, testing, etc. all complete to entire satisfaction of the Engineer incharge, contractor to provide guarantee for 10 years on appropriate value stamp paper in approved proforma.

Providing and filling with cement mortar mixed in ratio 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 M sand : 6 brick bats) including mixing of water proofing compound 4 % by weight of cement. Further surfaces shall be screeded with (1:1.5:3) cement concrete mix with 4% by weight of cement approved waterproofing compound about 20-30mm thick and finished smooth or ready to receive finish material as specified. Care shall be taken prior to filling all pipes passing through sunk portion are pressure tested by maintaining pressure for 24 hours and junctions of pipes passing through walls, slabs are well grouted and sealed. This shall be tested by ponding water for 100mm thickness and maintaining for 72 hours.
Providing & applying Waterproofing system of approved make to inside surfaces of the water retaining structures. (Water Retaining structures)- Providing and applying chemical injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to leakage points, cold joints by injecting cement slurry mixed with approved expansive grout admixture @ 225 gms.per bag of cement, through the pre fixed PVC nozzles in the 18 mm dia holes, fixing of PVC nozzles with Renderoc Plug and final cutting the projected nozzles and sealing off the PVC nozzles after the injection operation is over with Renderoc plug, nonshrink rapid setting mortar compound, finishing, curing etc. as per approved manufacturers specification and as directed. - Providing and applying at the junction of slab and vertical offsets with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 mortar) and admixed with approved polymer bonding mortar additive at dosage of 1 Ltr per 50kg cement .- Providing and applying two coats of polymer modified cementitious elastomeric waterproof coating of approved make shall contain a liquid polymer component and a cementitious powder component, which shall be mixed as per manufacturer’s instructions and applied over prepared concrete surface as per coverage specified by the manufacturer.- Providing and applying plastering with CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) mixed with integral waterproofing compound (at the dosage of 125ml/bag of cement) to a minimum thickness of 12mm or as directed by PM.Tank shall be tested for leakage by filling the water and maintaining it for 72 hrs. Contractor shall provide 10 year guarantee for waterproofing on approved stamp paper in a approved proforma.
Providing and applying proprietary membrane waterproofing to Landscape areas through approved agencies consisting of
a) a) Surface preparation and injection grouting. RCC surfaces must be clean, even and sound concrete. Remove all oil, dirt, laitance and other contaminants by manually and surface shall be fairly smooth finish. Providing chemical injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to leakage points, cold joints by injecting cement slurry mixed with approved expansive grout admixture @ 225 gms.per bag of cement, through the pre fixed PVC / aluminium nozzles in the 18 mm dia holes, fixing of PVC nozzles with Renderoc Plug and final cutting the projected nozzles and sealing off the PVC nozzles after the injection operation is over with Renderoc plug, nonshrink rapid setting mortar compound, finishing, curing etc. as per manufacturers specification and as directed.
Providing and applying two component approved elastomeric, seamless Polyurethane based membrane in two coats with spray / roller / brush application @ 1.7Kg/sqm to achieve thickness of 1.5mm, having an elongation capacity over 600% & Tensile strength over 6 Mpa, and with solid content more than 90% applied on the RCC surface, as per approved manufacturer's specification.
c) Providing and laying separation layer of 300 gsm non-woven geo-textile mat laid above membrane with an overlap of 50 mm and stitched at junctions
d) Providing and laying protection layer of M20 grade concrete screed and working out a smooth finish to protect the waterproofing membrane from mechanical damage. The screed shall have a minimum thickness of 50 mm at the lower end and shall be laid in slope of 1:100 as per the site requirement. The screed shall be cured by ponding it for a minimum of 7 days.
with use of approved products and work carried out as per approved shop drawings, instructions and specifications of the manufacturer of product. Also include required preparation of the surface, etc. testing by pounding water for 72 hours.
Providing and laying approved make quality, colour, design and shade fully homogeneous Vitrified tile (conforming IS 15622) flooring in pattern as detailed in drawing or as directed by the Engineer incharge. Tile to be bedded in cement sand mortar mix ratio 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) thickness as per detail drawing including cleaning and preparing the surface for bedding, spreading neat cement slurry by using minimum cement about 2 kg/sqm prior to bedding and spreading cement paste using minimum cement about 4.5 kg/sqm over bedding, joints to be cleaned and grouted with matching colour approved quality polymer based readymade compatible grout, curing, cleaning, protecting approved protection sheet till handing over etc. to required line, level, etc. all complete at all heights and leads to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer incharge. 600mm x 600mm size vitrified tile flooring.
Providing and laying approved make quality, colour, design and shade fully homogeneous Vitrified tile (conforming IS 15622) flooring in pattern as detailed in drawing or as directed by the Engineer incharge. Tiles fixed over well cured, prepared, cleaned concrete surface by using approved compatible tile adhesive (Bal or Laticrete or equivalent approved) to correct line, level and plumb, joints to be cleaned and grouted with matching colour approved quality polymer based readymade compatible grout, curing, cleaning, protecting approved protection sheet till handing over etc. to required line, level, etc. all complete at all heights and leads to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer incharge. but for 600mm x 600mm size industrial tile flooring. (Location : Store & Store room, pump room, Electrical AHU room)
Providing and laying polished Kota stone 18 mm to 20mm thk in flooring. Under bed shall average 30mm thk of 1 cement : 4 sand mortar by volume and brought to proper level. The kota stone slabs/tiles laid over under bed, pressed and tapped down with wooden mallet to the proper level, lifted and pressed again with thick cement slurry spread over the surface with fine joint finished including pigments, curing, grinding, granite polishing etc. all complete. (Over all laboratory room and passage area )
Providing and fixing 100mm high Tile (same tiles as that of flooring) skirting to walls/columns as shown in drawing or as directed by the Engineer incharge. Tiles fixed over plastered masonry / RCC surfaces by using approved compatible tile adhesive (Bal or Laticrete or equivalent approved) of required thickness to correct line, level and plumb. Joints are well cleaned and grouted with matching colour approved quality polymer based readymade grout and cured, cleaned and including finishing junction of plaster etc. all complete at all heights, lifts and leads to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer incharge.

Tile fixed with approved compatible adhesive (Bal or Laticrete or equivalent approved) over plaster to correct line, level and plumb. Coving
SITC of of 65 x 65 mm Aluminium Coving with polyester powder coated finish and air tight with sealant at wall to wall and wall to ceiling location. Vision Panel:
SITC of View panels should be factory assembled, flush to the wall on both side with double toughened factory made glass. Double Glazed Glass Panel with flush design with 6 mm thick toughened clear glass fixed in panel with 3M or equivalent make both side Adhesive Tape (black) over Aluminium polyester powder coated frame width to match wall thickness with silica gel desiccant arrangement and made air tight with Silicon sealant and all necessary arrangement. Sizes of the View panel for partition wall, the view panel size will be as per BOQ. Glazing will hold in place by extruded aluminium frame and silicon gasket and Food grade. Inbuilt Return Air Riser
SITC of Modular Panels with Inbuilt risers will not be measured separately. They are measured in wall partition quantity. In wall partition inbuilt riser to be created. The return air riser will be fabricated from 20 G powder coated GI sheets capping on either side. The riser shall be provided with four side bevelled SS 304 Perforated Grill. Perforated sheet to be fixed on the wall panel by the magnetic locks (4-6 Nos). The magnetic locks are fixed to the riser frame with SS 304 screws. The perforated sheet will be supported on the wall panels itself. The bottom edge of the suction grill of return air riser will be 100 mm above the finished floor level. Necessary stiffeners / supports shall be provided within to avoid buckling of the riser panels. Riser duct should extend 200 mm above ceiling with 32 mm flange suitable for top / side connection.

The Contractor's scope is inclusive of lifting & placing of trays on supports at different levels, aligning, joining of trays with couplers, clamping / fastening of supports to the RCC/METALIC structure & clamping / fastening of cable tray to the support of the vertical portions and wherever required as per specs/ drawings.
All the necessary bends (horizontal / vertical), tees, cross, elbows, reducers, etc., as shown in the drawing and as per the site. Hardware is inclusive of this item. Hardware items (for fixing & aligning of cable tray) are all requisite material like Z-channel, threaded rod, nut, bolt, anchor fastener, screw etc. MS Structural supports are captured elsewhere in the BOQ. The supports should be as follows - For cable tray width from 50mm to 200mm - Z-channel of 50x50x4mm size with 2nos of 8mm rod at every 1.5mtr. For cable tray width from 300mm to 450mm - Z-channel of 50x50x6mm size with 2nos of 10mm rod at every 1.5mtr. For cable tray width from 600mm to 750mm - L angle of 50x50x5mm for both vertical & horizontal supports at every 2 mtr.
Condition / requirement are to be fabricated out of standard length of trays issued and as per standard and good engineering practice. Gas cutting of cable trays at site is not permitted. If any welding is to be done on cable trays applying of two coats of zinc rich primer and one coat of Silver paint at the modified / repaired area/ portions and erection of the same. Without limiting to the above, the work is to be completed in all respects end to end of each route as per the specs, drawings and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. The FCU unit should include Manifold, Manifold to have Extended spindle Ball Valve / Butterfly valve- 5 Nos flanged End, 2-Way Pressure Independent balancing & Control valve (PIBCV) with Actuator and all Accessories - 1 Nos Flanged end , Y strainer with SS/Bronze mesh - 1 Nos Flanged End, Auto Air vent with 15mm ball valve - 1 Set, Drain Valve - 1 Nos 25 NB, 4'' Dial Pressure Gauge 0-7kg/cm2 - 2 Nos With syphon and ball valve, Temperature Gauge with thermowell (range 0-100C) - 2 nos, Pipe Insulaton:32 mm thk Puf Insulation f Density Not less than 40Kg/m3.t The insulation shall be available in self-seal (pre-slit and pre-glued) pre-formed tube type for pipe diameter upto 4 inches. For pipe diameters above 4 inches factory-cut sheet insulation to match the pipe OD should be used. The Adhesive to be used as recommended by Manufacturer. The Application will be executed strictly as Specified by manufacturer. The Insulated Pipe shall be with 26 gauge aluminium Cladding.U-Loop along with drain valve & Funnel to be supplied as part of manifold. Manifold to be marked with arrows reflecting the direction of water flow for both supply and return along with system no.The entire manifold assembly to be factory fabricated upto isolation valves. Temperature sensor and control panel required for FCU to be provided with the unit along with the stand for Electrical Paneal and necessary cabling and accessories required. (Cost of FCU unit shall include Electrical Panel, temperature sensor Chilled water manifold, Chilled water tapping and cabling irrespective of piping and cabling length required.)

Validation of HVAC System as per WHO TRS/ISO 14644 Guidelines Air Balancing, ACPH/Return CFM/Supply CFM/Fresh air CFM/Bleed CFM, HEPA integrity test, Particle count, Recovery test, Airflow pattern recording, Temp and RH Monitoring for Continuous 3 days with data loggers and any other test as per client requirement or as per guidelines. Vendor to follow the Clients protocol to carry out the validation of the Systems.Blow down of AHU will be part of validation scope. Lot should be for Total Area of Ground and first floor, in case of phase wise construction the Lot should be considered complete after final phase and that should be Ground and first floor completion.
1 set of inbuilt terminal heater and controller to be provided in spare, 2set of Belt to be provided where belt drive motor /main equipment has been provided with belt driven motor, 2 Nos of Spare PID controller to be provided of same make. All the filters including HEPA 1 set spare filters to be provided based on the AHU/Main equipment riser FCU etc.
SITC of Data logger to be provided for measure the temprature and RH as per instructed and as directed by OIC-ES.
