COMPREHENSIVE REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TO INF BN CWE OFFICE CHIEF ENGINEER OFFICE MES OFFICE INCLUDING OTHER MINOR UNITS AT SI LINES UNDER GE BHOPAL

Carefully taking down existing aluminum/ glass doors of any size for necessary repairs and replacement of minor items like, screws, hinges, cleaning, servicing of floor spring and adjusting of level of doors and to make in working condition all as specified and directed.

M&L for 600x600mm size frame of galvanished cold rolled steel section snap grid frame work for false ceiling including G.I. Hanger wire 2-3 mm dia. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners and dismantling of old ceiling frame with board of any type and size all as specified and directed.

M&L for exposed metal frame ceiling with 8mm PVC coated calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid (Frame work shall be measured and paid separately), all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.6 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200 x 12 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish (frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately) including G.I. Hanger wire 2-3 mm dia. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners including dismantling of exiting false ceiling and applying 2 coat of OBD complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing and fixing at site including dismantling of old PVC or wooden boarding,ant discription,fixed in any position with screws all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC pin hole sandwich wall lining consisting of 5 mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and matching L-shape beading at end and corners and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specification complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Machine cut kota stone slab in flooring and skirting over 15mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing and mirror polishing and dismantling of old stone slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Light shade vitrified ceramic tiles (of approved shade and design) area of each tiles not exc 0.36sqm, as in floors and skirtng, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including dismantling of old tiling fixed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.
