Providing Cement Concrete (1:2:4) in levelling course using 12 mm size hand broken granites chips.including watering,curing ,all cost,conveyance,roality etc.complete as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge

Fixing Vetrified tiles in floors,treads and landings on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost of tile. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Fixing tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles

Suppying & fixing of Double skin wall panelling made of Aluminium anodised section framing confirming to standard aluminium sections as horizontzl & vertical members with atleast 600 mm C/C with 9 mm thick BWR block ply and 4mm thick veneer finished with melamine polished on both the faces complete.

Supplying , fitting , fixing 32 mm thick flush door shutter with approved quality of 30 mm thick BWR block board pasted with 1mm thick sunmica on both sides of approved design & quality including cost of all fittings and fixtures etc.complete

Providing & fitting,fixing dressed seasoned sal wood work framed and fixed (wrought and put up) frames of doors, windows, ventilabours etc complete with all labour & material charges.

Finishing wall surface with acrylic wall putty ( water Based ) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding ,staging including cost of all materials , labour etc.complete.

Distempering two coats over one coat of primer with any approved shade including cost of distemper on New Plastered surface including cost of distemper of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding ,staging including cost of all materials , labour etc.complete.
