M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks,PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10 cm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in cement mortar (1:4) as in walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B- 1 mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 mtr clear span, cills, steps; cesmic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Making good under cills or over arches, lintels and bressummer including all pinning where necessary in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) and rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceiling surfaces and rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and includng mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips . complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and includng mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing, commissioning of 1100 Volts grade LT XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with multistranded aluminium conductor including end termination with necessary cable glands, lugs etc laid in trenches / poles / walls through pipes etc conforming to IS 7098-1985, cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of Indoor type, wall mounted (with bolts and nuts) panel board of size 1.0 mtr x 0.9 mtr x 0.2 mtr and made out of 2 mm thick CRCA MS sheet with front side openable all door sholud have neaoprene rubber gasket and locking arrangements. The cabinet shall be painted both internally and externally with powder coated paint (Shade : RAL 7032 SIEMENS GREY). The cabinet shall be dust and vermin proof with degree of protection IP 43 complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- The cabinet shall be comprising with the following accessories :-

Suply & fixing perforated cable tray, 100 mm (4 inch) width made of 2.0 mm thick Galvanized Steel sheet, duly bended to required shape by sheet bending machine, including cover, made of 1.2 mm thick Plain Galvanized Steel sheet duly screwed with the cable tray and duly fixed on the wall / ceilings including suitable Galvanized Steel brackets or hanging from the ceiling with suitable suspender as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm with DMC / FRP insulators fixing screws etc. for roof conductors / down conductors / connecting to earth pit to equipement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filled in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised earth strip 32 mm x 6 mm connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, provision of 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI earth strip and 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 45 cm including, MS funnel, wire mesh, 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 earth pit cover with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to distance not exc 50 mtr, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for laying cables complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning to UG cables (8 cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable) in trenches including punned thickness up to 18 cm and consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Punned thickness only will be considered for payment)

Returning, filling in trenches in hard / dense soil in layers not exc. 25 cm after laying of cables including spreading, levelling, and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & lay common burnt, clay building bricks, sub class 'B' designation over the sand cushioning in cable trenches for protection of cables (LT) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for light grade galvanized pipe ISI marked with all fittings ISI marked, laid in trenches, under road or fixing on wall / pole / crossing nallah etc of bore 80 mm complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Passenger Eevator Electrically Operated, microprocessor controlled complete with power driven automatic stainless steel sliding door and having SS car enclosure in existing lift shaft suitable size to carry 6 Passengers (408 Kg) at a speed of 1.0 M/Sec (Approx) to serve upto 3 rd floor (G+2) including automatic rescue device (ARD) , Battery operated emergency alarm bell & light, full curtain infrared door safety, Machine beam & overload warning indicator complete all as specified and as directed for the following details given below :-
