1 The rates should be quoted inclusive of packing/ wrapping and F.O.R. PRTC, Nabha Road , Patiala.

2 L1 will be declared on the basis of rate quoted at S.No.01 above.

3 The rates should be quoted inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies etc

4 Rates should be quoted for supply of per unit of thermal rolls. Rates quoted for unit other than asked for will be rejected

5 The contract period would start from the date of execution of the agreement

6 Samples should be submitted before opening of tender along with test report.
