Material and labour for welding and fixing of suitable 'EYE' of 25 to 50 mm square from inside to 50 mm dia GI Heavy grade pipe, length more than 5 mtr for opening and closing for sluice valves with the help of circular wheel, inside a reservior/sump/valve pit for pool operation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting on steel and iron surfaces on the pool operating equipments and pipe lengths, filteration plants, pumps and motors with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as per existing colour scheme or pattern after preparation of old painted surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Old paint from the structures/pipes will be scrapped off completely and the surface will be smoothen with water Emery paper . Painting over pump and motors will be measured as 1 sqm for each pump & Motor on the same base frame.

Material and Labour for fabrication in replacement of rusted base frasme with MS Channel MC-25/50/75/100/125 for foundation of centrifugal pump sets including one coat of red oxide and two coat of blace enamel paint and inclduing taking out of old base frame and grouting new frame in the existing grouted bolts and nuts, complete all as specified and as directed. The contractor will make sure that the frame fixed is leveled and both pump and motor are fully alligned to work smoothly.

M&L for preparation of Old surfaces of wall including washing rubbing down, filling of cracks and stopping of distemper and painted surface and applying two coats of cement base paint including necessary scaffolding work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing LED street light fitting, model SLE UL, 90 Watts IP 66 LXN for servicing, calliberation and repair of CC LED driver (PCB) with input voltage 240 V AC 50 Hz and output voltage 21-36 V DC, 2.30 Amps and refixing in position by providing 90 watts LED to make it functional on chrome plated steel frame in replacement of old rusted/broken frame of suitable size with provision of necessary hold fast/anchor bolts on wall etc including removing of old frame from site and making the surface good and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED tube light fitting integral type suitable for 1 x 18 watts, 230 volts, connector block etc with all accessories internallly prewired and including connecting with twin core flexible copper cable of suitable size including taking down/out old fitting at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of MS Pipes Heavy grade with all fittings as required at site laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings including welding as required at site and removing old rusted pipe of following bore complete all as specified and as directed.
