Supply and Laying 400 Sqmm x 3.5 Core in trenches / fixed on walls / poles of passing through pipe, PVC insulated armoured heavy duty LT U/G electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade with suitable cable glands and lugs etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Factory test of the cable shall be carried out in presence of the rep of accepting officer as detailed by Accepting Officer and contractor is required to submit purchase vouchers, e-way bill and test certificates while claiming payment of LT cables. The contractor will arrange the testing at factory premises and cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

All as per item No 1 above but 25 Sqmm x 3.5 Core.

All as per item No 1 above but 16 Sqmm x 4 Core.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exeeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for removing/laying of cable etc, complete as specified and directed.

Returning, filling excavated soil in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, complete as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to PVC cable with using clean dry and natural river sand gently punning below/around cable, complete as specified and directed. Note :- Only punned thickness of sand 18 cm shall be measured and paid.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT Panel, Indoor type, dust and vermin proof, totally enclosed, platform mounted, factory made having front openable shutter with locking arrangement made out of CRCA steel sheet 3.15 mm thick with MS angle iron frame work of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick, duly painted all as specified including necessary foundation bolts, PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 platform of suitable size for mounting the panel, suitable for 415 Volts, 50 Hz, three phase, 4 wire system with suitable insulated aluminium busbar of capacity not less than 600 Amps and shall be complete with internal wiring with copper conductor and including the following accessories:- (A) Main Incoming :- (i) MCCB conforming to IS:13947 (Part-II), IEC-947, TPN (4 pole), 400 Amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz, rupturing capacity 25 KA, with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting - 01 No.(main incoming cable size is 400 Sqmm so space and connector shall be accomodate accordingly) (ii) LED Multifucntional Panel meter to measure voltage, current, frequency, power factor, kWH, etc with all connected CTs. (iii) LED indicating lamps with colour Red, Yellow, Blue (03 Lights) - 01 Set. (B) Main Outgoing :- (i) MCCB conforming to IS:13947 (Part-II), IEC-947, 4 pole, 125 Amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz, rupturing capacity 25 KA, with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting - 03 nos and MCCB 200 Amps 01 Nos (outgoing cable size is main incoming cable size is 400 Sqmm so space and connector shall be accomodate accordingly. Note :- (i) Layout diagram of panel shall be produced by contractor for approval of Accepting Officer before placing order to manufacturer and panel shall be brought at site as per approved drawing. (ii) Contractor is required to submit purchase vouchers, e-way bill and test certificates while claiming payment of LT panels.

S&F GI tubing of protection of cable tubing 40mm bore light grade for protection of cable fixed in wall or laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 09 above but size 50mm bore.

(iii) LED indicating lamps with colour Red, Yellow, Blue (03 Lights) - 01 Set. (B) Main Outgoing :- (i) MCCB conforming to IS:13947 (Part-II), IEC-947, 4 pole, 100 Amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz, rupturing capacity 25 KA, with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting - 01 nos and MCCB 63 Amps 02 Nos (outgoing cable size is main incoming cable size is 400 Sqmm so space and connector shall be accomodate accordingly Note :- (i) Layout diagram of panel shall be produced by contractor for approval of Accepting Officer before placing order to manufacturer and panel shall be brought at site as per approved drawing. (ii) Contractor is required to submit purchase vouchers, e-way bill and test certificates while claiming payment of LT panels.

M & L for well burnt bricks sub class 'B' as in protection of cable laid dry, flat abutting each other width wise, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Bus Bar boxes (Bus bar chamber box ) of LT , 415 Volt, 200 Amps IP 40 aluminium bus bars fixed on Wall including providing the electrical connection for incoming /outgoing cable through proper lugs/thimbles, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcol dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connected by galvanised iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers connected to test termination point protected by 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The unit rate shall deemed to be include for GI water pipe, protection pipe, wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, test point, GI strip 32 X 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5 m. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, Elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) RCC pit cover shall be percast of RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/Sqm in liue of cast iron cover.

M&L boring of road crossing of size 100 mm dia at suitable depth not more than 1 mtr by using machinery / equipments complete without damaging the surface for passing pipes / cables etc including removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Location of boring holes shall be decided by the Engr-in-Charge as per requirement, nothing extra shall be payable on account of variation in length of crossing of road etc. (ii) During boring soil strata may be changed, hence nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor for boring of holes through different strata/different type of soil. Tenderer is hereby advised to keep in mind this aspect while Quoting his rates.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator made up of MS angle iron 35x35x6 mm of length not less than 0.9mtr (0.3 mtr below GL) fixed in PCC 1:2:4 of size 0.2x0.2x0.3 mtr and at top with round dial of size 5 inch 9mm thick with embossed lettering of "MES LT UG CABLE" or "MES HT UG CABLE" with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of Blue colour over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Isolation Transformer outdoor type of capacity 200 KVA, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, indoor type, Copper Wound, Oil cooled, Class of insulation A, metallic body powder coated designed for Input Voltage range 415V. +-5% and Output Voltage range 415V, +-5%, with ratio of 1:1, Vector Group: Dyn 11, Delta - Star with first filling of transformer oil of requisite dielectric strength up to level, efficiency more than 95%, separate neutral bushing shall be brought out for earthing. Potential difference between neutral to earth less than one volt with all standard fittings like, digital temperature meter, lifting hooks one set, Earthing terminals two Nos Capacity, complete all as specified and as directed. Note - (i) Unit rate of items includes foundation of transformer. (ii) Drawings of foundation of isolation transformer shall be as per Manufacturer's Drawings /Specification. Contractor shall submit drawing for approval of GE. (iii) No extra cost shall be paid for Foundation of transformer. (iv) At the time of installations of Transformer OEM person will be present at site for installation and ensure for smooth functioning of transformer. (v) Contractor shall submit e-way bill, purchase voucher & the test reports in respect Isolation transformer.

S&F On load Change Over switch 415v in sheet metal encloser 4 pole of capacity 200 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.
