Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar, seperating, cleaning and stacking of serviceable bricks for reuse and removal of debris,rubbish to a distance exc 400 m but not exc 500m complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brick work with sub Class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per Srl Item No 02.00 here-in-before, but except bricks. Note : Serviceable brick obtained from Srl item No 01.00 shall be reused.

Material and labour for brick work with sub Class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster from wall's/ceiling including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections including cleaning serviceable pipe for refixing and removal of unserviceable pipe, bore of pipe 15mm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The quoted rates shall be inclusive of necessary cutting / chasing in wall / floor and making good in CM 1:3.

All as per Srl item No 08.00 here-in-before but 20 mm bore.

Supply and fixing galvanized iron steel tubing medium grade 15mm bore with all fittings, fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified.

All as per Srl item No 10.00 here-in-before but fixing only. Note: Servicable pipe shall be reused.

Supply and fixing galvanized iron steel tubing medium grade 20mm bore with all fittings, fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified.

All as per Srl item No 12.00 here-in-before but fixing only. Note: Servicable pipe shall be reused.

Supply and fixing, in replacement, stop valve of PTMT, 20mm bore, any colour, high pressure screwed for iron pipe (Minimum weight 92gms) complete all asspecified.

Supply and fixing, in replacement, 20mm bore, gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all asspecified.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tile, single/double layer on roof including mud phuska any thickness and leepng plaster, seggregating, cleaning and stacking servicable tiles for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in padding, bed block etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in coping, benching etc including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation filling, platform of water tank, mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Material and labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non-wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm), laid on primed surface by forced application laid after preparation of surfaces by cleaning thoroughly to achieve a smooth surface, application of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltr per Sqm over a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm, overlaps of polymer shall be minimum 15 cm width/length wise complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick brick tiles, laid on and including 25 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 and joints grouted and pointed flush in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item 21.00 here-in-before but except brick tiles. Note:-Old serviceable tiles shall be reused.

Material and labour for flush pointing in CM 1:3, to brick walls, brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors, including raking out joints complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete, in roof, floor, beam, staircase, landing, chhajjas etc and disposal of debris and rubish, unserviceable materials etc to a distance not exc 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3, type A-1, using 20 graded crushed stone aggregate, as in slab suspended on walls, beams, columns, chhajjas, shelves and the like including necessary form work to soffits and sides of concrete, surfaces finished fair complete all as specified.

Material and labour for TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Supplying and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position, capacity 500 litres including 20mm bore ball PTMT valve high pressure with polythene float and fly nut, and 20mm dia bore dia PTMT stop valve screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule including dismantling of old unservicable water tank complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item 28.00 here-in-before but capacity 1000 litres.

Dismantling of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, any capacity and refixing in positon complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing, in replacement, 20mm bore ball PTMT valve, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified. Internal dia of pipe - 100/75mm.

Supplying and fixing cast iron sand cast soil, waste and vent pipe in any length, 100 mm bore of pipe with or without ears with cement joint, fixed to walls, incuding suitable clamps complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing, in replacement, cast iron bend 100mm bore (in any radius ) diminishing pices or tapers (larger bore measured) with or without oval access door, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing, in replacement, cast iron branch piece 100mm bore, single (equal or unequal), ordinary or inverted, (spigot or socket type) complete all as specified.

Supplying and fixing PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, dia of pipe 110mm, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall with MS stack clamps of adequate size complete all as specified.

Supplying and fixing PVC (SWR) bend any radius with acess door, for dia of pipe 110mm complete all as specified.
