Repair and Protection work of approach road of the bridge Constructed on Behta Nala situated between Saraiya and Datli in Lucknow District

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.1. (Excluding G.S.T.)

Construction of subgrade with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 complete in all respects.(Including all material, labour & T&P. (Excluding G.S.T.)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), excavated soll and disposal of surplus excavated soll as directed, within a lead of 50 m.including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the all kind of soil as per S.I. No. 2.8.1. (Excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm (nominal size)) as per S.I. No. 4.1.6. (Excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete M 25 grade in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5. (Excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification. (Excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and laying on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications as per MORT&H Specification No. 2504 (40-65 kg. Kabrai Boulder). (Excluding G.S.T.)

Laying brick soling on prepared sub-grade with brick on end edging according to lines,graded and cross-section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth,spreading 25 mm thick layer of earth over brick soling,watering and rolling the same with three wheeled road roller 80-100 kN as per Technical Specification Clause 412. (Excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811. (Excluding G.S.T.)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth Exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade : new work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm) (ace Adv. Walmasala), apex Ultima, weather coat all guard) asian, berger. as per SOR No. 13.47.1. (Excluding G.S.T.)
