| 1.01Transformer shall be complete with all standard accessories and fittings such as LT box with cable gland, HT box with cable gland, silica gel breather, oil level indicator gauge, drain valve (oil tank), air release valve, temperature gauge, explosion vent, pressure relief device, cast iron wheels, and comply fully with IS 1180 (Part-1) latest amendment, Energy Efficiency Level-3 norms (EEL-3), CPCB guidelines. The transformer shall be provided with a valid BIS license and shall be manufactured by an ISO-certified firm with NABL-accredited lab testing facilities. The transformer shall be manufactured using high-grade CRGO core (M4 or better, POSCO/NLMK), copper from Hindalco/Birla, and structural material from TATA/SAIL. The installation work shall include fixing on plinth, connection of HT and LT cables, earthing, and testing for ratio, insulation resistance, polarity, vector group, and functional commissioning as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. | |||||

| 1.04Notes : (i) Drawing of transformer shall be approved by the GE before placing order by contractor. (ii) Pre dispatch inspection of transformer shall be carried out be rep of Accepting Officer at manufacturer premises with overall cost quoted by Contractor. Nothing extra shal be payable on this account. (iii) Transformer shall be installed at Gamber water supply Installation located at subathu area under GE Kasauli. After installation of the transformer, the same shall be tested and commissioned by SEI and equipment/ instruments required for testing shall be arranged by Contractor. Cost of the same shall also be deemed to be included in the item rates quoted by the Contractor. Transformer shall be complete with all standard accessories and fittings such as LT box with cable gland, HT box with cable gland, silica gel breather, oil level indicator gauge, drain valve (oil tank), air release valve, temperature gauge, explosion vent, pressure relief device, cast iron wheels, and comply fully with IS 1180 (Part-1) latest amendment, Energy Efficiency Level-3 norms (EEL-3), CPCB guidelines. The transformer shall be provided with a valid BIS license and shall be manufactured by an ISO-certified firm with NABL-accredited lab testing facilities. Supply and fixing of double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 110 mm outer dia, conforming to IS-14930 (Part-II) of appproved color with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.
Material & Labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 32 x 6 mm, galvanised iron strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated suitable for loop earthing complete all as secified and s directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
S&F Heat Shrinkable Cable jointing kit for 11 KV HT (earthed) grade cable for Indoor end termination type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 400 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
